Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 i XXXX XXXX Wells Fargo customer / Consumer reported unauthorized transactions listed on checking Business checking account XXXX Wells Fargo are violating my consumer protection rights i XXXX XXXX am the victim of identity theft and fraud WELLS FARGO has not responded. Under the laws of Commerce, an un-rebutted Affidavit stands as Truth. Therefore my Affidavit sent stands as Truth and they are liable to compensate me for the violations they committed against XXXX filed XXXX ( XXXX ) CFPB complaints. They responded to the first with documentation that I claimed they violated in my Affidavit of Truth ( which was attached to my CFPB complaint ) - Further proving them guilty of identity theft and fraud. ( all attached ) The second complaint is still in progress.Wells Fargo proceeded to create additional accounts without my consent to continue their attempts to collect an alleged debt. Proof is attached. Not to mention, a class action lawsuit was filed against WELLS FARGO for opening unauthorized accounts in the past. This is a violation of 15 USC XXXX I did not apply or sign for the card with the new account number, therefore I am not to be legally held to the contract.I have many late fees accumulating on the account and it has put derogatory marks on my credit report decreasing it drastically, not allowing me to obtain more of my open-ended credit plan.This is completely unlawful and abusive. I have done all steps via the federal law and WELLS FARGO is still breaking FEDERAL laws pursuant to the XXXX WELLS FARGO is liable for all statutory damages that I have endured. I now further demand WELLS FARGO to stop their fraudulent acts and to compensate me for all individual actions. Invoice attached. I also demand the credit reporting agencies be notified.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023. An unauthorized transaction was made at XXXX for {$520.00}. I opened the claim at wells fargo and I said my card was used and it was authorized since I lost my card that day when I was in Maryland. Immediately after I freeze my card before it was used anymore. On XX/XX/XXXX, they closed the claim and said it was made by me or someone I know so they cant dispute the transaction. Then I contacted them again on XX/XX/XXXX to ask why it was not approved, they said the same reason as last time it was an insert purchased and was made by me or someone I know but I told them many times that it wasnt and they cant do anything about it so they made a suggestion to contact XXXX to see what they can do and they sent me a copy of receipt that was purchased that day to use as the evidence. Again I tried contacting Wells Fargo, and they couldnt open the claim again so they had me transfer to another call which was an 1 hour 30 minutes and no one picked up after 2 hours of wait and they said they cant do anything about it.

Consumer Complaint: My Mortgage payments were suspended during the covid crisis. I was told my payments missed would be made up at the end of my mortgage term. When I began making payments again those payments were returned to me, and I was placed in to foreclosure and I had to file bancutcy to protect my home. I'm currently paying my mortgage under the terms of the bancruptcy. But I want to dismiss my bankruptcy and have Wells fargo honor the agrreement under the CARE act. The only offfer Wells fargo Made to me was to do a short sale on the house which forced my into bankruptcy protection.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX weekend XXXX, my then fiance and I purchased a bedroom set from XXXX XXXX with the company financing. It was later we realized it was not a loan but a store credit card through Wells Fargo. Payments were being made on the card and as of XX/XX/XXXX the account was not behind and the balance due was {$4000.00} with payments of {$160.00} a month. My now husband ended up having to claim bankruptcy that started in XXXX of XXXX. My accounts were not included in the bankruptcy and I was never part of the bankruptcy. XX/XX/XXXX I received an alert from XXXX that my credit had dropped XXXX points. When looking at my report, Wells Fargo reported a charged off account in bankruptcy and payment was missed. I disputed the report, as I had not claimed bankruptcy and payments had been current and i had intended to continue payments. I never received any letter from Wells Fargo stating I was the sole account holder, nor did I receive one stating the account was closed, not did I recieve a statement of any kind. Wells Fargo 's response to my dispute was to again report the account as charged off, however this time they added that it was written off and past due. Wells Fargo has reported this every single month since XXXX of XXXX. It is now XX/XX/XXXX. Three days after my husband 's bankruptcy was finalized in XX/XX/XXXX, Wells Fargo started calling me wanting payment. This was after they reported the account as charged off, written off and past due that same month. I informed the rep. the account was included in a bankruptcy and they have been reporting it as charged off, written off and past due to my credit. Per their reports, they wrote the account off. This has been malicious attacks by Wells Fargo in response to my husband claiming bankruptcy. Due to their continued reporting every month as the account being charged off, written off and past due, my other accounts have begun to decrease my limit, further hurting my credit. Before Wells Fargo began their malicious attacks on me my credit was XXXX, it is now XXXX. To this day, I have not received a single letter, or billing statement from Wells Fargo.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I was charged to overdraft fee of {$35.00} for a transaction that was {$40.00} this fee I feel like is unfair I called the number that I have to complain about it and representative was very rude did not help me with the situation I have complained numerous times about how beautiful you guys are with your fees and there is something that should be done then on Monday XX/XX/XXXX I had a check for a payment of {$1600.00} and that got returned but now there's our other charges pending that were made last week that should not be pending meaning that there should be no fees pending at all with these transactions this is an ongoing thing with this Bank this is like the only bank that I really have the situation with I'm tired of calling you guys about the same situation over and over and over I wish that you guys would just fix this problem and see that I'm not doing nothing wrong I was trying to have my account on a positive note like that I don't get overdraft charges and for some reason every time that I see that my account is cleared the following day does a overdraft fee I'm hoping that on XX/XX/XXXX with the email that you guys sent me that was sent at XXXX XXXX almost XXXX XXXX in the afternoon and then you guys give me to XXXXXXXX XXXX which is only XXXX hours instead of XXXX hours if I want to have been notified ahead of time that my check was pending I would have had the positive the money I had the time also I went to deposit a check into the ATM to cover the {$1600.00} and for some reason the ATM did not take the check so I had to wait to go deposit the check in the bank I deposited the check today Monday the XXXX of XXXX and the check is now pending for Tuesday XX/XX/XXXX I don't know why you guys are holding funds for money order when is the money order I'm not sure if the ATMs are set money orders deposit but that's another problem that you guys should fix like that people don't get overcharged and get overdraft fees I would appreciate someone helping me with this issue I would like my refund back for those overdraft fees and I would like to be explained why I got a return check when they shouldn't have been over drafted like you guys have always overdrafted me before it's not fair that I get charged {$35.00} for {$5.00} but when it comes to my rent you guys can approve it it's not fair and it's not right my landlord just got charge of return check fee because of this stupidity thank you
