Consumer Complaint: NCC Business Services # XXXX belonged to my ex-boyfriend. I filed a domestic XXXX case and was able to break the lease without having to pay anything. I had a restraining order filed against him and only lived there for 6 days. This should not be on my credit, it was not my lease and the responsibility is not mine.

Consumer Complaint: The same collection agency with a new name is trying to collect on an unfair debt! Pages from the original debtors which includes a lease agreement has been removed and the amounts have been abnormally inflated. XXXX XXXX is where the unrealistic amounts originated, then sold to NCC ( debt collections agency that called me multiple times daily ). The same company ( NCC ) has sold the debt to itself by adding it to their new name Transworld collections. The debt is still unknown, unfair, unauthorized, unverifiable and non-validated. I have proof of the original amounts that would have been charged if the debt was valid. The company removed the paper from my file ; but I kept mine and the proof will show below along with emails, dates that prove unfair late fees and trumped up charges have occurred.

Consumer Complaint: I discovered a negative mark ( rental history collection in the amount of {$3100.00} ) on my credit score as inaccurate because I satisfied the requests by then XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was asked to provide a 60-day notice ( to be notarized by a state certified individual ) and pay a reletting fee equal to XX/XX/XXXX rent due in order to relocate for work and school. I requested XXXX, leasing agent from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, to confirm the original collections agency the alleged debt was sent to. She confirmed collection was sent to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( phone number XXXX XXXX ) XX/XX/XXXX. I reached out to XXXX XXXX to verify the information provided to me and a representative confirmed the alleged debt and information related to my file was never received. I followed up with NCC Business Services ( the reported agency reflected on my report ) to verify they received the collection as reflected on my credit report. I spoke with a representative who alleged the debt was received between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, no specific date provided. I requested NCC Business Services provide all documents pertaining to my file ( invoice, breakdown of costs/fees incurred, proof of receipt of reletting fee paid, copy of lease agreement and copy of 60-day notice ) via email by XX/XX/XXXX and never received the requested documents. Because of their unresponsiveness and inability to provide the documents needed to dispute the alleged debt to the major credit bureaus, I am filing a complaint to the CFPB to mediate the removal of this item from my XXXX credit report in order to accurately reflect my true credit history.
