Consumer Complaint: Received a bill from Nationwide Credit , Inc for {$110.00} I have never had a contract with the company or done business with them. I am disputing this bill and the company attempting to collect this debt has added this balance to my credit profile without verification or validation of this debt. This account has been added to my credit profile as a collections account and needs to be removed immediately. This company has been unable to verify or validate where they have a contract signed by me stating I owe them a balance. This account needs to be removed from all three credit bureaus with in 30 days. And I need to receive proof that this has been done within the requested timeframe.

Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX. Im relatively young and was montering my credit report. Everything was fine and my score was steadily going up. I did notice that i had one negative account that was in collections for a XXXX dollars. I havent recived any correspondence or phone calls for that matter. I found out by checking my credit report which is a shame especially when Im young and Im trying to establish good credit. contacted the debt collecting agency gave them {$40.00} and tell them to set up a payment arrangement they said they would and then that was it but it still showing that I missed a payment is showing that I have a derogatory public record now this kind of XXXX is why people get so upset when people try so hard you can see on my other accounts are just fine paid on time and now Im going to have an uphill battle to try to get my credit score back up and I dont even know if its legitimate because I had two health insurance at the time so did they even bill the health insurances also XXXX always collects copays or any other money upfront that insurance wont cover! Why because there for profit! and not very Efficient professional and will never go to them again

I challenge the accuracy, compliance and reportability of this listing.I never gave consent to any documents or subscriptions. There is no valid claim, no contracts exist. Consumer Complaint: It's been over 10 years since this problem began. My oldest son attended a private school in Texas in the city of XXXX XXXX to play XXXX for them. The administration, coaches, and financial aid office stated to us that they would help our son get his education. We were told that he would have XXXX XXXX and would not cost us for him to attend the school and play XXXX for them. Fast forward to this present time. In XXXX my tax refund was taken by the government. In XXXX I was able to hire an attorney to represent me to dispute these erroneous charges and the opposing attorney dismissed the case. But then another one arose and that's why the garnishment was done. Also there's a private student loan discharged from a bank called XXXX that they wrote off and had discharged the amount but still shows it active on my credit report. In XXXX we filed a chpt XXXX due to medical problems and loss of wages and included any private student loans that the law allowed us to discharge. I just need advice on what to do in this matter. In 35+ years of credit history I was never late not 1 payment at all. But since I was medically not able to work the hours I was used to, I lost my wages, which forced me to file a chpt XXXX. The judge understood my plight and had accepted my financial bankruptcy. She even stated in her decision that's why the law was put in place to help individuals like my wife and myself when things that can go wrong financially in life that we need such help to restore back what is lost.

Consumer Complaint: My daughter, XXXX XXXX and I have a joint checking account at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I had multiple issues with the account in forms of identity theft, unapproved transactions attempting to take money out of account therefore was over drafted by {$950.00}. I worked with XXXX to resolve this matter wherein I had set up {$50.00} a month payment arrangement. In the meantime, they still sent the account to collections with Transworld Systems Inc. On XX/XX/XXXX, I worked out a settlement regarding this account with XXXX, balance was satisfied and they agreed to put the account back into a positive status. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from Transworld trying to collect on the balance that was paid in full. They didn't even deduct the payments I made through XXXX. I called Transworld and informed them that I worked out a settlement with XXXX and this balance has been satisfied since XX/XX/XXXX. I got no response. Transworld Systems Inc. is fraudulently trying to collect on a balance that is not due.

Consumer Complaint: In 2015 I was involved in an accident where I needed to seek emergency medical attention. I went to a med express facility to receive quick treatment. I was fully covered by XXXX insurance at the time and paid my co-pay and was told there were no other costs. I was never contacted by XXXX after that. I had even visited the location and other locations a few times after that and was never notified that I had a debt. I have just opened a credit reporting service account and was made aware that there was a XXXX dollar OPEN collections on my credit report. This is from the 2015 incident. I contacted the collector, TRANSWORLD, and simply asked that it be closed and it be removed from my credit score as I never owned that money. The woman said absolutely but she did want to let me know that there was another account in collections for {$19.00}. I told her I was upset because I was never contacted about it but it was {$20.00} and I would pay it quickly and be off the phone with her. She placed me on a long hold while she spoke to her supervisor and when she came back she told me that she had re-opened and reinstated the debt for {$190.00} from 2015 though it was closed and I was never made aware that this even existed. I told her that I was never made aware of this debt never contacted and I did not show it. I was very clear. She said that it is not their job to keep up with my address changes and it is my fault if I dont see that I owe a credit or something. I asked if I could have more information like where I was treated the doctor I had seen or any of that and she insisted that I cant. She again put me on hold and when she came back she said that she could give me the date I was treated and the doctors last name but that was all. I told her I do not owe this this should have just been closed and she kept saying she had to open it and tie it to that debt so it gets paid. She again put me on hold and when she came back she said that she could give me the date I was treated and the doctors last name but that was all. I told her I do not owe this this should have just been closed and she kept saying she had to open it and tie it to that debt so it gets paid. I said Im not going to pay it and I will talk to XXXX and see what they have to say and I asked her though why wouldnt I have been contacted if I owe this debt? I should have been phoned, emailed, or written about this. She said she had no answer for me. I insisted on getting an answer as to why I was never contacted. I said, if I never opened this credit monitoring account and if I never called into investigate that this would be a pending collection since 2015 for the rest of my life? And be affecting my credit score for the rest of my life? She then gave me credit score advice which I dont believe she is legally allowed to do And basically said maybe if I had been monitoring my credit score closer that this wouldnt have gone missed. I contacted XXXX and they said that Bill had been settled XX/XX/2015 and they had been notified that it had been paid on XX/XX/2015. So this is just been a XXXX open balance on my credit score since XX/XX/2015. That is unacceptable. My credit score has been affected now for five years without my knowledge and wrongfully. Not to mention the level of unprofessionalism and disrespect that I experienced when trying to get this solved is unmatched by and Ive had before. The woman and her supervisor whose names I have were inconsiderate rude wrong and really causing me emotional distress. I called XXXX to get my information and the woman had to talk me through my XXXX XXXX. I couldnt catch my breath I was dizzy and my night was completely ruined because I was having such a severe XXXX XXXX. The woman from XX/XX/XXXXinsured me that everything should be OK and she emailed over the proof that I owe them absolutely nothing and I should be cleared of this. The woman and her supervisor whose names I have were inconsiderate rude wrong and really caused me XX/XX/XXXX. I called XX/XX/XXXX to get my information and the woman had to talk me through my XXXX XXXX. I couldnt catch my breath I was dizzy and my night was completely ruined because I was having such a severe XXXX XXXX. The woman from XXXX XXXX insured me that everything should be OK and she emailed over the proof that I owe them absolutely nothing and I should be cleared of this. Im now concerned that my credit score will be forever effected by TRANSWORLDs mistake and I dont want someone else to go through what I went through with this woman, her supervisor, or this company ever again. You should not be harassed, attacked, and spoken down to by collectors.
