Consumer Complaint: On. XX/XX/2020 I wrote a letter to Nationwide Credit , Inc . Claiming the account with XXXX ending in XXXX was not mine and I was a fraudulent account open under my name. On XX/XX/2020 I received another collection notices from them. Since I am a victim of fraud they should not be harassing. me with fraudulent accounts. They should investigate and not seeking payment and violating my rights. Most of all ignoring my request.

Consumer Complaint: Received private loan in XXXX. Graduated XXXX. Paid payments on loan and was in good standing. Filed bankruptcy XX/XX/XXXX. Last payment made was XX/XX/XXXX. Bankruptcy ended XX/XX/XXXX. When buying my home default loan showed on my credit report. Contacted agency who stated I had not made my payments and was unwilling to negotiate for reasonable settlement. Explained that I had filed bankruptcy and during that time I am not required to pay on student loans. Still unwilling to remove from default. Agency filed suit XX/XX/XXXX. Summons was sent to old address even though I had notified them of my new address when I contacted them earlier in the year. Finally received a summons that I did respond to timely stating that statute of limitations had expired of 6 years and asked case be dismissed due to this. Agency responded that my last payment was made in XX/XX/XXXX which you can clear see is untrue in their " exhibits '' and that it was XX/XX/XXXX. They filed suit XX/XX/XXXX which exceeds the limit. All further documentation from related to the case was again sent to my old address to include the order to garnish my wages even though my correct address was on all legal documents filed. I was not aware of garnishment or order to appear until today when my check was significantly lower. When reviewing documents on IN court filings I found all the documentation regarding this information. I was not given a chance to appear nor was I properly notified of garnishment and this case should have never been filed due to IN statute of limitations.

Consumer Complaint: In XXXX i was getting weird orders of things i did not order i returned them back to XXXX XXXX then up too the middle of XX/XX/XXXX .they was told too close the account around the end of XXXX they did not.instead i found out they did not close it til XX/XX/XXXX, therefore charging me 19.5 percent interest for 2 years accrued too card .also many of items where returned but i never got credit for returns, they then transferred too a 3rd party, trans world systems inc.they say i owe them XXXX, and XXXX XXXX says XXXX in other words different from amount, i have complained too XXXX XXXX that the charges was wrong fraud. i pleaded for someone too investigate, but nothing, now trans world after 6 months today have taking over 4000 dollars from now and still garnishing check and charging interest got smart with me and said i should have known what i was signing for 19.5 percent interest. please help me to recover my money and stop trans world and XXXX XXXX stop they practicing on military veterans I have contact them they claim they sent forms but i never receive them i told XXXX XXXX that i disputed the charges and never heard from them either and when they did start garnishing check i never received any thing to dispute such charges

The history pertains to a Perkins Loan serviced through UAS for the XXXX XXXX University Bursar 's Office. I submitted the following in a credit dispute to XXXX ( see attached ) : - Document 1 : Borrower Statement - Document 2 : Relevant CFR regulations - Document 3 : Relevant ISAC regulations - Document 4-5 : Proof of contact with the alumni office during the dates of alleged late payment - Since submitting the dispute, I have collected more clear evidence from the Alumni office regarding the exact dates my contact information was on file ( Document 6 ). I have attached this for review. The dispute was concluded by XXXX on XX/XX/2020. I have attached a copy of the dispute report as provided by XXXX ( Document 7 ). Document 7 shows that the account history continues to reflect late payment status codes for these months. All that was updated was the effect of my recent payment on any past due balances. Having previously tried to resolve this issue independently with both UAS and the XXXX Bursar 's office and through an XXXX dispute, I am now turning to the CFPB for assistance in resolving the matter.

The print out has JUST the last name of an allege debtor NO first name NO address NO birthday NO S.S number just the last name XXXX picture included. There are 61,000 people in America that has the last name XXXX this document does not represent me. Transworld Systems has fail to send me complete documents regarding this alleged debt and Transworld Systems is violating FCRA criteria for validating this allege debt.

Consumer Complaint: I, XXXX XXXX makes this claim that a nationally recognized collection agency known as Transworld System Inc. is trying to collect on debts for a public utility company known as XXXX XXXX, knowing that the legal timeline to enforce any collection on said debt ( s ) have passed a long time ago. However, after several written disputes this collection agency states that the collections will be removed from my XXXX credit report XX/XX/2021. This proves that at the very least the legal timeline for enforcement has passed, but I want to state for the record that these two collections are over ten years old each. Transworld System Inc has re-aged these debts to fit into the 7-year timeline of obsolete information. Another part of my argument is that public utilities can not directly report on credit bureaus, as they are regulated through public service commissions on a state level, and not part of any federally regulated entity such as a national bank, thus the Fair Credit Reporting Act does not apply, and my rights are hereby violated under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Transworld System Inc. is in violation of their subscriber agreement with XXXX, knowingly posting unenforceable collections on a consumers credit bureau well past the legitimate timeline for reporting. I ask for a full reinvestigation by XXXX and if documentation proves my position, a complete disassociation with Transworld System Inc. would be in order.
