If you look at my call log you will see it clear as day. They are in violation of fdcpa rules for harassing me. I want it stopped.

I went to XXXX and they were adamant that there was nothing they could do and I would have to pay for a phone I can not use! I wrote Corporate and got the run-around from them saying there was no way they could unblock the phone. I have been paying on this for several months now and my balance is {$350.00} for a phone that does not work. Consumer Complaint: Hello this is my second complaint against TSI. They are still reporting inaccurate and incomplete information on my credit report. This is an FCRA violation. I have also asked them to cease all communication with me and they still keep contacting me. I am well aware of the consumer laws and they are in violation. My attorney has advised me that I can sue them for {$1000.00} per violation. I'm sure they would hate to be sued for a higher amount than the alleged debt. I also spoke with the original creditor XXXXXX/XX/XXXX and they were not willing to accept payment from me, so why would I pay a 3rd party collector who I never signed a contract with? First off, the balance is incorrect and second, they will need to send it back to the original creditor so I can make some sort of agreement with them. I do not see the point of keeping this collection on file after I clearly stated to cease all communication with me. As per the FDCPA 15 U.S. Code 1692g, I have the right to request a validation of this debt. I would like the following hard copies : 1. Agreement that authorizes TSI to collect on this alleged debt. 2. The correct amount of debt itemized and listed. 3. Contract with my signature. 4. Any payment history on this debt. Under 15 USC 1681 section 602 states that I have the right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 section 604a section 2 states that a CRA can not furnish an account without my written instruction. Under 15 USC 1666b, a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open-ended credit plan as late for any purpose.
