Consumer Complaint: In accordance with the fair credit reporting act Transworld systems Inc, Account # XXXX has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A section 2. It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. 15 U.S.C 1681c. ( A ) ( 5 ) Section states : No consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information any other adverse item of information other than records of conviction of crimes which in antedates the report by more than 7 years. 15 U.S.C 1681s2 ( A ) ( 5 ) Apersonshall not furnish any information relating to aconsumerto anyconsumer reporting agencyif thepersonknows or hasreasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. As you can see by law they have violated multiple rights.

Consumer Complaint: I had a private student loan payment on XXXX. My loan was originally on deferment. Once the deferment was over I made a payment XX/XX/XXXX however after that payment my loan was then again put on deferment. In XXXX once I tried to make my payment their website/portal informed me I did not owe a payment at that time. After that I checked back in monthly but each time the payment due date was XX/XX/XXXX and it did not give me the option to make a payment. In XX/XX/XXXX They sent me a Passed Due notice informing me a payment was in fact due but this already affected my credit score negatively. Even then when I logged onto the portal it stated I did not in fact have to make a payment until XX/XX/XXXX but I still made a payment for all the months I " missed ''. After that again checked their site was told no payment was due until XX/XX/XXXX and still did not inform me to make any payments. Then again in XXXX i received a Past Due Notice and my credit score took a huge hit. I contacted them and the customer service representative realized it was their fault and apologized that was it their mistake and that the portal was showing incorrect information but they did nothing to resolve this. My credit score dropped XXXX points due to their negligence and my numerous emails have gone unanswered. The only reply I got was that their loan is calculated on a quarterly basis. That does not rectify the issue they made or ease the financial hardship I faced due to their incorrect service. Paying loans is already a stressful process without the lender making you hop through hoops just to make a payment. I have never missed a payment with any of my other credit cards or loans because I check them all on a monthly basis. Due to their systems error I have " missed '' multiple payments and even now their online portal is incorrect. Consumer Complaint: Dear CFPB Complaints Department, I am writing to file a formal complaint against Transworld Systems Inc for their relentless pursuit in attempting to collect a debt that is a direct consequence of identity theft. An individual, using my stolen identity, leased multiple apartments across the country simultaneously and failed to pay rent. Despite my efforts to provide Transworld Systems Inc with evidence of this fraudulent activity, including a police report, FTC affidavit, proof of identity, proof of residency, and the multifaceted nature of the identity theft incident, they persist in their collection efforts. Their actions blatantly violate the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). The debt collector, Transworld Systems Inc, has continually disregarded the evidence provided, which unequivocally proves that the debt in question is a result of identity theft. Their actions not only defy the FCRA, which explicitly mandates fair and accurate reporting, but they also ignore the multifaceted nature of this identity theft incident, which has resulted in multiple fraudulent leases across various locations. The following are the laws and regulations that Transworld Systems Inc is violating under the FCRA : Failure to conduct a reasonable investigation into the disputed debt, as required under 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) of the FCRA. Neglecting to cease collection attempts and reporting to credit agencies on a disputed account, as mandated by 611 ( a ) ( 2 ) ( B ) of the FCRA. Failing to comply with the FCRA 's requirement to verify the accuracy of the debt following a consumer 's dispute under 611 ( a ) ( 7 ). As a result of their persistent and unlawful actions, I demand the following immediate actions be taken by Transworld Systems Inc : Cease all collection attempts related to the fraudulent debt associated with multiple leased apartments resulting from identity theft. Remove any and all mentions of this debt from my credit reports. Provide written confirmation that they have ceased collection efforts and taken necessary steps to remove this fraudulent debt from my credit history within 30 days. I am providing additional copies of the evidence supporting the multifaceted identity theft incident and the fraudulent nature of this debt. It is my expectation that the CFPB will promptly investigate this matter and take necessary actions to ensure that Transworld Systems Inc adheres to the laws set forth by the FCRA. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt assistance in resolving this issue.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX CALLED ME ON XXXX TO MY PHONE NUMBER XXXX. WHEN I ANSWERED THE CALL AN ADAD CAME ONLINE AND STARTED GIVING ME THEIR MESSAGE AND THEN A LIVE PERSON CAME ONLINE. I TOLD THE CALLER THEY CALLED THE WRONG PARTY. I ASKED ABOUT THE ADAD/ATDS THAT CALLED ME, THAT IS THE COMPUTERIZED VOICE, THE CALLER CONFIRMED IT WAS A COMPUTERIZED VOICE THAT MAKES THE CALLS. WHEN I TOLD HIM I WAS ON THE XXXX XXXX AND THE TEXAS NO CALL LIST. HE SHUT ME DOWN WHEN HE TOLD ME HE COULD NOT GIVE ME ANY OTHER INFORMATION. I DEMAND TO BE PAID {$500.00} FOR EACH VIOLATION OF TBCC SECTION 301 AND 305 AND FOR THE VIOLATIONS OF THE DEBT COLLECTION LAWS. THEIR CALL TO ME WAS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT. Consumer Complaint: This company assumed my account from XXXX XXXX XXXX which is an energy provider. I called & spoke with a representative ( XXXX ) who confirmed that I can email proof that I was no longer in the state of XXXX, yet still being charged for energy in an empty or re-rented unit. I have attached my emails which outline our conversation in further detail, to include my concerns & desired resolution. They have failed to respond, or even acknowledge receipt of my emails. This is horrible business practice, as creditors will call & harass people to solicit for payments ; however, when they need to rectify a mistake, they go ghost apparently.

Consumer Complaint: This debt was paid in 2019. I have been disputing it ever since it appeared on my report and XXXX and XXXX refuse to investigate. They just place a statement that it meets the FCRA without sending me proof that this debt is valid. I am a current XXXX XXXX customer and would not be allowed to continue services if the debt has not been paid. Neither of the companies that this debt keeps shifting to are providing evidence I a requesting, yet it is affecting my credit score.
