Consumer Complaint: I am a victim of identity theft. Due to the Corona Virus Pandemic, we are all facing which has me sitting still at home and I saw the recent news about the multiple 3 Bureaus Data breaches. I decided to look at my credit reports from the 3 major credit bureaus and found that someone had used my Identity. I have no idea how the theft took place. I also have no knowledge of any suspects. I did not receive any money, goods, or services as a result of identity theft. I contacted the Credit Bureaus and told me to file an Identity Theft Report which I am doing. I appreciate your effort in getting this matter resolved. Please let me know if you need any other information from me to block this information from my credit report. Thank you.

Consumer Complaint: When I originally accepted this loan, in XXXX, the provider 's name was XXXX XXXX XXXX now its University Accounting Service LLC. The loan amount requested was $ XXXX. I had good to fair credit at the time not great. It was somewhere between XXXX to XXXX. I was told I had to have a $ XXXX origination fee if I got approved, and I would have to have a cosigner. I was told as long as I made 12 straight payments on time, then my cosigner would be taken off the loan. That never occurred and I did make 12 consecutive payments on time as agreed. I was never informed or understood that my interest rate was variable and how it was calculated. I was informed if I ever had economic hardship or needed an income based payment plan the lender would provide those options. While they have gave me some forbearance options, they have never offered me an income based payment plan. My balance over the years has gone from $ XXXX because of the Origination fee to about $ XXXX though I have paid {$13000.00} towards the loan to date. I have begged and pleaded with the originator to provide me with more reasonable monthly pay back options that will allow me to get the balance down and and they refused to. The payments have been {$600.00} to {$800.00} a month to which I have responded over and over I cant afford. I have been able to negotiate an interest only payment at times but the balance keeps getting higher and higher with no solution available. My cosigner back in XXXX even offered a $ XXXX negotiation payoff of the loan on top of the thousands I have already paid on it and it was denied. That means they would have received in total about $ XXXX for only lending me $ XXXX. So they would have doubled their money back. The seller of this loan took advantage of me when I was in need. Even the original loan documents have been changed in the system. The documents I originally signed all reflected My XXXX XXXX, the documents they have in my profile now are reflecting University Accounting Service LLC, which I had never heard of back in XXXX when I accepted this loan and signed off on it. I am trying to find my original loan paperwork. I mean they have taken the time to change the paper work in the system and upload it. Its Straight fraud.

Consumer Complaint: TSI has been handling a debt that is with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX College. The debt was first listed on my credit report XX/XX/XXXX. The listing caught me off guard as I never received any prior notification and was unware that I even owed the debt. I have spoken with TSI XX/XX/XXXX and they gave me an invalid address of where they sent the letter too. I asked if they could remove it from my credit report to allow me the opportunity to find out what is going on because it was my first time hearing about it when it was on my credit report and it has been difficult to get In Touch with someone at the school because of the Pandemic. They said they could not and I needed to pay it. I had financial aid that cover 100 % of my tuition and expenses so I didn't understand why I owed it. I was finally able to connect with the college shortly after and they explained to me what happened, I also advised them that they have the wrong address and I never received any communication, not even a phone call and, would make arrangements to pay it but I needed it removed from my credit report because I didn't know I owed the debt. They said they could not remove it. I paid the debt off XX/XX/XXXX and it is still showing on my credit report. I have disputed it with no resolution and also reached out to the college as well as TSI and keep getting the run around.

Consumer Complaint: I moved out of an apartment and after moving out I noticed I had been sent to collections. I asked for information as to what the charges where and I was told that I was in collections and they no longer had the information and stated that due to corona virus they were short staffed and could really help me. I was told it was " damage '' assessment after I moved out but I was NEVER notified and I wasn't aware of any damages. I contacted the collections agency and told me that the only information they had was an amount and could give me further information. I dont know where they are getting the amount from and no one is giving me information I was just sent to collections. I asked for them to remove since I wasn't informed but they refuse to verify amounts or give me any proof.

Consumer Complaint: I created a XXXX complaint on XX/XX/21 for Transworld System Inc. I got a response on XX/XX/21 with a receipt. I rejected their response on XX/XX/21 because they can not provide the original contract with my signature to validate this is my account. They never responded. I filed a dispute with XXXX & XXXX on XX/XX/21, the results came back XX/XX/21 saying that this account was validated. I still have not received the documents that I have requested numerous times ( original paperwork w/ my signature ). I paid for the debt before I knew my rights ( FCRA XXXX & before I knew this could be falsely reported on my credit report. I just want TSI to validate this is my account. If they can't provide the specific documents I am requesting, I want it removed from my credit report. This is illegal to report or collect on an account that they can not validate.
