Consumer Complaint: I filed several disputes online via XXXX with TransWorld about medical collections that have been negatively affecting my credit reports. I filed the disputes and both times they were acknowledged as affected by natural disaster. I then received notice via XXXX that some disputes and also the collection being reported were dropped. Some of the smaller charges. But via the mail I receive two validation letters for two/three collections. These letters include medical records of the procedures I had gotten whilst at the hospitals. For this reason I fully believe my HIPAA rights were violated and demand the collections be removed from my credit reports in all credit bureaus and the amount due to any and all collections be {$0.00}.

Consumer Complaint: They're still reporting a debt from XXXX XXXX and refused to do a debt validation, it still shows collection on credit report even though they agreed it will be paid off once I pay it in full ... I contact XXXX XXXX like they said including the account number in the last complaint. According to XXXX XXXX they only off Electricity in the state of Texas not Florida ( which they gave me the previous address to contact them ) the address I provided to XXXX XXXX that XXXX gave me was XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX florida XXXX which i gave to the original creditor and they said that address don't exist with XXXX XXXX because XXXX XXXX only exist in texas after being on the phone with them for 15 minutes I tried calling XXXX but they're not getting the fact whoever reported it wasn't from out of state or XXXX XXXX themselves

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I was in the process of getting ready to apply for a small business loan and needed to check all of my credit reports before proceeding. This is when I observed the fraudulent information on my credit reports. This fraudulent information has caused me hardship and prevented me from moving forward with my much needed business loan. I have resided in the Georgia area since XXXX and have absolutely no association with whom ever opened this account up under my name in the state of Texas. I have attached a police report with detailed information obtained on this matter. I am absolutely appalled at how the original company ( XXXX XXXX/XXXX XXXX ) whom this fraudulent account originated from allowed someone to call in, provide them with my name and SSN number over the phone and they opened up an account for this individual ; I was informed by a representative at the company, that is all that is required for them to approve an account. No one did any verification and now I am the one suffering. After the individual did not pay their bill, XXXX XXXX reported this to a company called XXXX XXXX XXXX, who then sold the account to a company called Transworld System Incorporation which is the company that appeared on my credit reports. Please help me in having this fraudulent information removed from my credit reports immediately so that I can proceed with my business loan. Thank you.

Consumer Complaint: In 2001 when I started college I must have signed up for this private student loan which I hardly remember and from what I understood as a kid to be 5.5 % for {$10000.00} unfortunately come to find out years later when its in repayment they charge a variable interest on each payment which was not explained to me and I obviously didn't understand as a kid starting college. Payments are XXXX bucks XXXX XXXX gets applied to interest from what Im finding out now. Since then the payments are small so I never thought much of it, and they always say we cant send you physical mail, and calling to talk to someone is a pain if you ever get through, so as time goes on this gets put in back burner. Fast forward 20 years and this loan has only been paid down to {$7000.00}. I called them and told them I was a kid and did not understand this practice which looks a lot like predatory lending. They basically just said its a loan i signed and that's it. Offered no help no assistance other then an email to complain.

Consumer Complaint: I keep receiving a collections from XXXX XXXX FKA XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX regarding some bank overdraft fees. Accts. : XXXX $ XXXX {$110.00} The last collections came from Transworld Systems XXXX Inc ( TWI ) their files XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. I have requested the proof of debt which I received from TWI on XX/XX/2021. Upon examing the proof of debt, I found out the person who opened and used the bank account had the same name as I, but absolutely a different person. Further, the address provided on both bank accounts was never my address. On XX/XX/2021 I sent a certified mail to TWI explaining this debt was not mine and to a cease and desit any communication with me unlex they could actually prove that I was the one who opened and use those 2 bank accounts. For my dismay, yesterday, I received another collections letter from TWI. This situation seems to be their modus operandis, where they keep harrassing law abiding citizens violation their FDCPA rigths. I want the bank to cease and desist this collection effort together with TWI and or any other collections agency. If the resolution is not satisfatory, I will pursue the matter legally. Consumer Complaint: I have contacted this company multiple times over the mail. My representative have several phone conversation with two supervisors. Both admitted that they do not have a debt assignment agreement and they do not have a full original contract .They assured my representative that they will request such documents and provide me with a copy within 30 days .It is been more than 30 days and I have not received anything from this company. Trying to collect the debt without legal authorization is a FDCPA violation and reporting unvalidated debt is a FCRA violation.
