Consumer Complaint: While attempting to dispute an errant insurance billing issue, I was completely unable to contact TSI to advise them on the status of the debt. Using the phone number listed in their communication with us, I was put on hold for 3-5 minutes waiting for a representative. But was then told instead to leave a message. BUT was then told that their voicemail box is full. This is a debt collection agency ; their entire purpose is communication between parties. It is unethical for an entity to demand money, and then refuse to make themselves available to discuss. The debt is paid and Im requesting it to be deleted from all three credit reporting bureaus.

Consumer Complaint: I have received 3 letters via US mail from Transworld Systems Inc. requesting payment of {$60.00}. First statement XX/XX/21, second statement XX/XX/21 ( sorry this was tossed so I don't have exact date ), third statement XX/XX/21. The debtee listed is my doctor 's office, I called my dr office on XX/XX/21, XX/XX/21 and XX/XX/21 and they have no record of this debt. I spoke with TSI on XX/XX/21 and they have no record of this debt and said the referenced account number is not theirs. I filed a complaint with MA Attorney General 's office on XX/XX/21. I did a reverse lookup of the client phone number listed and this belongs to a MA resident. Interestingly, the po box listed is in lowercase, which seems unprofessional. Unfortunately, with the second notice my husband paid the bill, not realizing I was pursuing the legitimacy of the letter.

Consumer Complaint: There is a collection on my credit report from Transworld Systems Inc for a utility bill that is not mine I have reached out to them several times providing proof that this bill is not and could not be mine and to no avail. They keep coming back to me with an identity theft paper for me to fill out which all that would do is give them all of my accurate information of which I do not want to do. This collection has a service address of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Tx XXXX and the bill shows a statement date of XX/XX/2017. I sent them proof that I was not at this location at that time that I lived somewhere totally different and also showed them that I had a totally different light company. They still refused to removed this inaccurate account from my credit report and it is adversely affecting my scores and should not be reporting. I lived at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Tx XXXX at this time and had and still do have XXXX XXXX as my utility company not XXXX XXXX XXXX and provided Transworld Systems with not just one bill from the same timeframe proving that I was not at this location and have no idea about this account. But I also sent them 2 other bills that were prior to this timeframe of the statement they sent me to show them that I had this utility company and lived at a different location long before this supposed account was charged off. Still they refused to remove this account so now I am filing a CFPB complaint because for one just sending me a statement is not proof that I owe this debt and also because I proved to them that I did not even live at this location and have no idea about this account and they still have not removed it from my credit report. I have attached a copy of the statement that they sent to me as supposed validation of the debt which it is not and also all 3 of the bills from my actual utility company with dates well before this account charged off for you to review. This account needs to be removed from my credit report immediately or I will have no choice but to take further action and possibly retain a lawyer.

Consumer Complaint: Transworld is violating my rights per the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ( HIPAA ). I numbered some Transworld credit reports to refer to in this complaint. First, I have sent multiple letters to Transworld on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX, ( several letters attached and certified to this complaint ) requesting them to provide violation of the debt listed below. They have never sent all of the information per my request which means the alleged debt are reporting was not validated in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Public law 91-506, Title VL, Section 611, Subsection A-D. XXXX have never send me the requested information. I am requesting validation not verification. Please send validation of these debts with the items listed below : Requested information : Copy of bills with details of how they arrived at the total Provide a copy/copies of the agreement/agreements bearing my signature stating that I agreed to pay what you say I owe Show me the proof that you are licensed to collect in my state ; provide your license number Provide me with proof that the statute of limitations have not expired A valid, legible copy of the agreement stating the debt and interest charges Also, I sent about eight debt validation letters on the above stated dates in # 1 and each time this company has failed to validate my debt. Instead they sent a list of my medical records which I know is a direct violation of HIPPA regulations. I never signed a HIPPA form authorizing them to have access to this information and allowing them to share this information with other parties. Please delete this information from my credit file and cease all collection activities immediately. Lastly, their investigation took over 3o days and it is still incomplete because they never validated the account by sending all of the below items : I am the individual whose credit report this belongs to not a credit repair agency. As per the FCRA and HIPAA these accounts need to be deleted immediately because you are violating my rights per the FCRA and HIPAA.
