Their intentional and willful furnishing of inaccurate information is a violation of FCRA Section 623 and according to FCRA Section 611. I have done many attempts to reach out to 3 Credit Bureaus but they failed to give me any results or feedbacks about this concern. Please investigate and remove it from my personal credit file. I sent an initial dispute letter asking for verification of this account because I am not familiar with this account and they have not responded. Are they legally able to collect on the debt? How did they calculate the amount they claim I owe? How do they know I am the owner of the debt? Im curious because I have never done business with them or the original creditor. I was under the impression that if they didn't respond it would automatically deleted from my credit reports. Silence is being in agreeance. I am sure there is a law that proves it.

They are being completely unfair and I dont know how to get ahold on them but through this portal. Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was a member for years. I joined this company for home warranty protection. So you pay a monthly fee. When you have an appliance that needs to be repaired, in addition to the monthly fee. You pay {$75.00} before they come out. They request you use a credit card. I used XXXX XXXX. You give them your card over the phone etc. My problem was that the company kept my card and continued to charge me even though I was paying them monthly through my on line banking account. I didnt know until months later when I inquired about why my XXXX XXXX billed kept a balance. Once I was informed. I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX for the return of un authorized charges. They refused. They said my monthly payment has gone up. So they used my credit card for the difference. I informed them that they shouldve informed me by telephone, letter or email. That my charge was only used for emergencies. I wrote XXXX XXXX XXXX. Complaint # XXXX-Ref # XXXX. It was not resolved. XXXX XXXX XXXX wouldnt return my money. Said I could cancel. So I did. I accidentally paid them through bill pay the following month. Was unable to cancel. I recently got a bill from a collection agency requesting payment from XXXX XXXX XXXX as a debt collection. Nationwide Credit , Inc. NCI XXXX. I contacted them. They informed me that if I paid them {$240.00}. They would stop billing me. I informed that I wasnt paying. To stop contacting me. That XXXX XXXX XXXX owes me.
