Consumer Complaint: Notice it is a fact that I am a federally protected consumer, as such I have the right to privacy. Notice it is a fact that my federally protected rights have been violated. Notice it is a fact that I have never signed a contract or promissory note with the company TRANSWORLD SYS INCXXXX, whereas I believe them to be a debt buyer. Notice it is a fact that this company must operate under the FDCPA. Notice it is a fact that I am requesting all DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE including all ledgers, books of accounts, that pertains to account XXXX. Notice it is a fact that failure to provide such documentary evidence is a clear violation of 12 cfr XXXX ( a ) ( 6 ) as I am invoking my right to obtain it in accordance with 15 usc 44. Notice it is a fact that I also have never given written or oral consent for this account to be furnished on my consumer report, whereas that is a violation of 15 usc 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ) because I have a right to privacy. Notice it is a fact that I demand this account be removed from a collection status and reported as paid in full or pay {$560000.00} for every minute this account has been illegal reported on my consumer reports.

Consumer Complaint: I have had issues with the billing on my account since earlier this year. See XXXX for the initial complaint. In XXXX, they sent me notice that I was past due ( reoccurring payment was in place ). I went in a paid the payment due and inquired as to why it wasn't deducted. They said not to worry, things were fine and the account was fixed. Then my account was debited for the payment on XXXX. According to their explanations, the reoccurring payment was taken out on the due date but didn't post to my account until XXXX. They said the past due notice was system generated and they had no way of not generating that. This caused my account to be double paid in the same month because of their errors. My bills don't show the total amount due or a breakdown of the charges per my loan documents. I get a bill now and it shows it is due for twice the amount because according to the UAS representatives, the lender is choosing to bill that way and they have no control over the fact that is shows two months at a time on one bill. They said only pay the amount due for the month but I do not get anything showing what that is. Even when I go online, there is a current amount due but it also shows a greater amount due as the outstanding balance to pay with the due date of the current month. When I get my statement, it shows the amount of interest that accrued for the month but the total amount due is much higher. There is no transparency in billing practices and when I contact UAS connect, they just blame the lender, Summit, and go no further to resolve the issues. The last message I sent, I requested contact information as to who I needed to speak with to resolve the issues with Summit and got no reply.

Consumer Complaint: RE : Intent to file lawsuit, HIPPA Privacy Violation Validation Letter sent to : TRANSWORLD SYS INC/XXXX To Whom It May Concern : I checked my credit reports for accuracy as I am in the process of being pre-qualified for my very first mortgage through the First Time XXXXomeowners Buyers program and I saw two incorrectly trade lines for an account from Transworld for XXXX XXXX , both in the amount of {$380.00}. The account status says past due and it should not say that as this debt is not owed. I am requesting both a validation and " verification '' as well as the signed HIPAA release my signature as the item being reported to XXXX by XXXX is a VIOLATION of the HIPAA Act of 1996. Transworld did NOT provide me a HIPPA release that releases my medical information to them, therefore by Quest providing such information they are in VIOLATION of my HIPPA rights. I am proceeding with legal action as prescribed by law against Transworld as well as XXXX XXXX should this item not be deleted within t10 business days and until the debt has been validated and verified. Transworld is in direct violation of HIPAA regulations, and they are facing fines up to {$1000.00}, even possible jail time. I am seeking a legal remedy immediately as I have contacted Legal Services to obtain an attorney for free to file suit against Transworld, XXXX XXXX, and all 3 credit bureaus : XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. I urge you to take this extremely seriously as I have documented my case without error. I encourage a response from Transworld expeditiously as I have no idea where this debt is coming from and I do not owe this company any money. Additionally, I can prove that at the time of service, I was both unemployed and homeless. I completed the financial assistance forms, which should have taken care of any costs associated with my medical care.

Consumer Complaint: I was applying for a refinance on my home in XX/XX/XXXX. During the process, I was alerted that a collection item for {$60.00} had shown up on my XXXX and XXXX credit report. The collection was tied to a agency named Transworld Systems and was apparently from a utility account with XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX. I am alleging that Transworld Systems did not provide me with notice prior to reporting it to the credit bureau. When i contacted them, they said they sent a letter on XX/XX/XXXX, but i never recieved it. Then they reported it exactly on XX/XX/XXXX without even giving me a phone call to alert me or ensuring I had recieved the written notice. XXXX has already deleted the information because it was inaccurate. However, Transworld is continuing to say it is verified and accurate to XXXX -- despite the fact that it is a disputed debt.

Consumer Complaint: RE : Attentively review my formal writ composed declaration of not proven complaint misinformation that is all or in part : deficient of the adequate current status in the fullness of TRUTH, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, documented OWNERSHIP, certifiable RESPONSIBILITY, or otherwise irrefutable, complaint obligatory, and regulatory requisite reporting thereby mandating your immediate actions to rectify and remedy and any infractions behavior ( s ) by retaining or returning to demonstrate TRUE, CORRECT, COMPLETE, and COMPLAINT XXXX XXXX data field formatted reporting!!! I am a victim of identity- theft, I am writing to request that you block all accounts disputed as fraudulent on my credit reports with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX. This information does not relate to any transactions I have made. I did not give anyone authorization or consent to use my personal information. I hereby exercise my legal rights enacted by Congress and The Federal Trade Commission, which explicitly states when a victim of identity-theft dispute a fraudulent account on his/her credit report it shall be honored by all credit bureaus and all fraudulent information should be blocked within 4 days and proper notification shall be given to all data furnishers pursuant to section 605b of The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. Failure to comply shall lead to complaints being filed with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and Attorney General stating your companys unlawful collection practices, misrepresentation of creditworthiness, defamation of character, and noncompliance to abide by laws enacted by Congress to protect victims of identity-theft who's credit been impacted by acts of fraud. Because I know my rights under THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT, CONSUMER CREDIT PROTECTION ACT ( CCPA ), and FAIR and ACCURATE CREDIT TRANSACTION ACT of 2003 ( FACTA ). I will be taking action. I also know my rights under this paragraph of Section 312 of the FACTA LAW : SEC.312. Procedures to enhance the accuracy and integrity of information furnished to consumer reporting agencies. ( b ) duty of furnishers to provide accurate information. -- Section 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) of THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT ( 15 U.S.C . 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) is amended ( 1 ) in subparagraph ( A ), by striking " knows or consciously avoids knowing the information is inaccurate '' and inserting " knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate '', and ( 2 ) by adding at the end of the following : ( D ) DEFINITION -- For purposes of subparagraph ( A ), the term 'reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate ' means having specific knowledge, other than solely allegations by the consumer, that would cause a reasonable person to have substantial doubts about the accuracy of information. Policy states. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act FCRA 611 ( 15 U.S.C 1681 ), Procedure In Case of Disputed Accuracy. ( a ) Reinvestigation ( 1 ) Reinvestigation ( a ) In general. Subject to Subsection ( f ), if the completeness or accuracy of any item of information contained in a consumers file at a consumer agency is disputed by the consumer and the consumer notifies the agency directly, or indirectly through a reseller, of such dispute, free of charge, conduct a reasonable reinvestigation to determine whether the disputed information is inaccurate and record the current status of the disputed information, or delete the item from the file in accordance with paragraph ( 5 ), before the end of the 30-day period beginning on the date on which the agency receives the notice of the dispute from the consumer or reseller. Therefore, my position is being clearly stated, these accounts do not belong to me, meaning that you are reporting inaccurate account information within my credit file. The fact that these are inaccurate account information means that you, this credit-reporting agency, are reporting incorrect accounts. 1. TSI/940 bal. {$150.00} I am well aware of my rights as a consumer. The Fair Credit Reporting Act requires that you, the credit-reporting agency report accurate and/or correct account information within my credit file. My credit issues are very specific, these accounts and/or items do not belong to me. This means that you are reporting incorrect account information within my credit report. It is this in mind that I request that these listed accounts and items be Blocked and Deleted. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act FCRA, Section 1681c ( 2 ) Block of information resulting from identity theft. 1.Block. Except as otherwise provided in this section, a consumer reporting shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from alleged identity theft, not later than four ( 4 ) business days after the date receipt by such agency of 1. Appropriate proof of identity of the consumer ; 2. A copy of an identity theft report 3. The identification of such information by the consumer ; and 4. A statement by the consumer that the information relating to the transaction by the consumer. I have provided all of the above listed four ( 4 ) items within this package. Therefore, I expect these listed accounts to be deleted and blocked within ( 4 ) business days. This is clearly an identity theft issue. I am also entitled to receive a free copy of my credit report, so I am requesting a free credit report and that all of these accounts, public records items, and inquiries be permanently blocked and deleted. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021 TSI ( Transworld Systems Inc. ) called me in regard to an alleged medical debt. I asked the representative to identify themselves and who TSI is. They refused unless I verified my own name. They did not notify me they were attempting to collect a debt. All they told me was that they are " TSI ''. They never mailed me any information about the debt. They did not give me any information about the debt. When I asked again what TSI is, they hung up. They use overseas call centers to collect unsupported debts from hardworking Americans. On top of this, they add insult to injury by being rude.

Please provide me with a true and certified copy of the complete audit trail/Certified Final Forensic Internal Audit of said account.
