Consumer Complaint: I signed an exclusion policy with XXXX to seal my house from potential rodent infestation in XXXX, XXXX. The work was started, but never completed. The work that was done was minimal. I made numerous attempts to contact the branch to resolve the issue. The charge was for {$1200.00}. After receiving no response from the company, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. XXXX responded by saying I had not given them the opportunity to resolve the issue. I responded to my credit card company with a letter that layed out all of my grounds for disputing the charge and the lack of response from the branch. A copy of that letter is attached. A couple of weeks later, my credit card company informed me that the XXXX branch accepted my response and would no longer pursue the charge. But I began receiving bills from XXXX for that work that was never done. I tried to contact the branch, but never received a response. After several calls to the national XXXX customer service department, I finally received a call from XXXX XXXX, who identified himself as the branch sales manager. After explaining everything to him, he promised to cancel the bill. After receiving another bill for the work that was not done, I contacted XXXX XXXX via email on XX/XX/XXXX. He said he was working on the matter and would " let me know ''. Much to my surprise, I received a letter from Nationwide Credit , IncXXXX attempting to collect the debt. I have responded to them disputing the debt. But this is now on my credit report. I have and have always had Excellent credit history. I am retired and feel I am being treated very poorly. Can you do anything about this matter? I don't know where else to turn. The address of the XXXX branch is : XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, CA XXXX. The address of the debt collection agency is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, DE XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX of XXXX, I contacted Transworld services to work out an agreement, and a monthly payment plan. My intention to set up a payment plan was to ensure that my security clearance would not be revoked, and that I could gain employment with the Department of Defense upon evidence of this agreement with Transworld Collection agency. When I explained my intention to a the Transworld representative, to have my clearance approved for an excellent job opportunity I was in route to gain, the representative became erratic and annoyed. Specifically, after I answered her question " How much do you plan to make at the new job? ". After answering her questions and attempting to retrieve proof of agreement, she rudely refused to work with me. I also requested to speak with her manager, and again she refused in a a short and aggressive tone. After being refused, and talked over, to move forward with any request for assistance, I ended the conversation and called my Federal employer. This act from the Transworld representative cost me employment with a good paying job, and an opportunity to pay off debt I intended to respectfully pay. I haven't heard from or attempted to call them since. To this day, I have continued my pursuit to employment, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. I finally gained partial employment with the XXXX XXXX. I received an opportunity to attend military training and get paid full-time for XXXX months. During this time, Transworld has collected over {$7400.00}, sometimes about half my pay and more. This debt was calculated as fully paid on my Leave and Earning Statements ( LES ), unfortunately Transworld Collection Agency started a new debt and intends to collect another more than {$1400.00} ( as stated by the representative XXXX ) without notice, under the same debt name. This appeared as a random additional debt owed to the same Debtor. They have not provided any documentation, or notice, or proof displaying an accurate calculation for their debt collection actions. They have forced automatic deductions, to deduct more than 50 % of my paycheck at times. I find it disturbing that this is legal, especially when forced upon military personal. I will be pursing further legal council with my military legal advisors ( XXXX ) once I arrive to my new duty station. XX/XX/XXXX. I called today to get an explanation, and I received no accurate information as to how my debt is calculated. The representative continued to say " your LES will not reflect the correct amount due ''. If this is true, why and how am I paying debts that have no accurate reflection of the final due amount and how can the government keep track of this. The representative also did not provide a total amount due, and therefore left me to believe that they can charge anything to my XXXX paycheck without an accurate reflection of how much I owe. Please assist.
