Consumer Complaint: Upon checking my credit reports I noticed that there was a collection account reporting to the 3 major credit unions. I sent in a letter to all 3 credit bureaus ( XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX ) in regards to this collection account which I did not recognize and had no information on. XXXX deleted due to no validation, I received a letter from XXXX XXXX stating that the account had been verified. Also only receiving an itemized bill from Transworld Systems stating I lived at an address in XXXX ( I haven't lived there since XXXX ) and had a light bill in the amount of {$240.00} from XXXX when I have had the same electrical company since XXXX at the address I have had since XXXX, I then sent a certified letter to XXXX XXXX and Trans World Systems ( collection agency ) which were received on XXXX and XXXX asking for validation, how did XXXX XXXX validate said account? Who did they speak to etc. Trans World as well, since this definately didn't belong to me I was requesting more information than a falsified bill. I never heard back from TransWorld and only received a letter from XXXX XXXX stating that the account was verified. I called XXXX XXXX today and they stated that everything was done electroniclly and could not help further. I spoke to a supervisor by the name of XXXX XXXX and he stated that I would have to reach out to Trans World again even though they had 30 days to respond and still no response to this date. According to the laws I read up on for consumers I thought it was the responsibility of the credit bureau to investigate accurately since they are the ones reporting it. Especially since I sent them validation on how long I've had my current address. Collection agencies should not be able to get away with making false statements/bills to try and get consumers to pay bills that do not belong to them. As well as the credit bureaus should be held responsible for reporting false information. It states that we will be able to see detailed investigation results, including name an contact details of the source of the information on how the account was verified ... .no where does it state that information just states verified and updated.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2021 I sent a letter regarding inaccurate and unknown information on my credit report to XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. On XX/XX/2021 almost 60 days later I received a letter from the data furnisher XXXX XXXX XXXX with a printout of procedures that I supposedly went through at XXXX XXXX XXXX. TransWorld Systems did not include a signed release of information signed by me nor did they include a HIPAA form signed by me and I never signed a HIPAA form for a company called Trans World Systems to have access to any of my personal medical files. On XX/XX/2021 I sent a letter regarding inaccurate and unknown information on my credit report to XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX notifying them that my HIPAA rights have been violated. I have not yet seen the violating accounts deleted from my credit file. According to the FCRA Trans World Systems has violated my HIPAA rights, they are mailing out medical procedures with my personal information on them. Consumer Complaint: NATIONWIDE CREDIT , INC. ( nci ) I received communications from XXXX XXXX regarding an opportunity to pay off my balance owed; however, I was unemployed and could not afford to pay the said debt. A few weeks later, I found gainful employment and responded to XXXX XXXX, informing XXXX XXXX that I wanted to take advantage of the opportunity to pay off the debt after receiving my first paycheck. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX responded, informing me they had forwarded my message to the appropriate department. The subsequent email communication I received from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was my account was sold to Nationwide Credit , Inc. ( nci ). Mid to end of XX/XX/2021, as soon as I realized what was happening with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and Nationwide Credit , Inc. ( nci ), I filed a Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) Complaint. To date, Saturday, XXXX, I am still waiting to receive notice of the CFPB and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX investigation findings. In the meantime, Nationwide Credit , Inc. ( nci ) has been sending frequent emails to collect the said debt. I have not communicated with Nationwide Credit , Inc. ( nci ) because this confusing situation requires resolution before paying anyone any amount of money.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX I enrolled in XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX. I attempted to cancel several times. Received confirmation of cancelled class in XX/XX/XXXX. They did not offer the type of service advertised and my advisor was in XXXX which made it difficult to communicate. XXXX contacted me on XX/XX/XXXX to sell the loan for 1 month of service to XXXX. ( Only did classes up to unit XXXX ) I responded to them on XX/XX/XXXX highlighting that I did NOT consent to financing one month of service with XXXX I called XXXX on Friday XX/XX/XXXX. To get more information on the loan. They refused to confirm loan amount, they refused to provide any assurance that they would resolve this issue. I highlighted several times I did not consent to financing this amount. I am making this CFPB complaint because I don't have any idea what terms XXXX signed me up for it what fraudulent information they provided. I consented to financing the whole class at enrollment but once cancelled I had to pay for the time I was there due to XXXX XXXX agreement with XXXX XXXX took on this loan knowing it was likely fraudulent since it's outside of their standard financing agreement. XXXX sold this loan to XXXX Connect for servicing. I received no notification of service transfer.

Consumer Complaint: Attentively review my formal writ composed declaration of not proven complaint misinformation that is all or in part : deficient of the adequate current status in the fullness of TRUTH, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, documented OWNERSHIP, certifiable RESPONSIBILITY, or otherwise irrefutable, complaint obligatory, and regulatory requisite reporting thereby mandating your immediate actions to rectify and remedy and any infractions behavior ( XXXX ) by retaining or returning to demonstrate TRUE, CORRECT, COMPLETE, and COMPLAINT METRO 2 data field formatted reporting!!! I am a victim of identity- theft, I am writing to request that you block all accounts disputed as fraudulent on my credit reports with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX. This information does not relate to any transactions I have made. I did not give anyone authorization or consent to use my personal information. I hereby exercise my legal rights enacted by Congress and The Federal Trade Commission, which explicitly states when a victim of identity-theft dispute a fraudulent account on his/her credit report it shall be honored by all credit bureaus and all fraudulent information should be blocked within 4 days and proper notification shall be given to all data furnishers pursuant to section 605b of The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. Failure to comply shall lead to complaints being filed with The Better Business Bureau, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and Attorney General stating your companys unlawful collection practices, misrepresentation of creditworthiness, defamation of character, and noncompliance to abide by laws enacted by Congress to protect victims of identity-theft who's credit been impacted by acts of fraud. Because I know my rights under THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT, CONSUMER CREDIT PROTECTION ACT ( CCPA ), and FAIR and ACCURATE CREDIT TRANSACTION ACT of 2003 ( FACTA ). I will be taking action. I also know my rights under this paragraph of Section 312 of the FACTA LAW : SEC.312. Procedures to enhance the accuracy and integrity of information furnished to consumer reporting agencies. ( b ) duty of furnishers to provide accurate information. -- Section 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) of THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT ( 15 U.S.C . 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) is amended ( 1 ) in subparagraph ( A ), by striking " knows or consciously avoids knowing the information is inaccurate '' and inserting " knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate '', and ( 2 ) by adding at the end of the following : ( D ) DEFINITION -- For purposes of subparagraph ( A ), the term 'reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate ' means having specific knowledge, other than solely allegations by the consumer, that would cause a reasonable person to have substantial doubts about the accuracy of information. Policy states. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act FCRA 611 ( 15 U.S.C 1681 ), Procedure In Case of Disputed Accuracy. ( a ) Reinvestigation ( 1 ) Reinvestigation ( a ) In general. Subject to Subsection ( f ), if the completeness or accuracy of any item of information contained in a consumers file at a consumer agency is disputed by the consumer and the consumer notifies the agency directly, or indirectly through a reseller, of such dispute, free of charge, conduct a reasonable reinvestigation to determine whether the disputed information is inaccurate and record the current status of the disputed information, or delete the item from the file in accordance with paragraph ( 5 ), before the end of the 30-day period beginning on the date on which the agency receives the notice of the dispute from the consumer or reseller. Therefore, my position is being clearly stated, these accounts do not belong to me, meaning that you are reporting inaccurate account information within my credit file. The fact that these are inaccurate account information means that you, this credit-reporting agency, are reporting incorrect accounts. 1. TSIXXXX ( Original Creditor : XXXX XXXX XXXX ) & {$850.00} I am well aware of my rights as a consumer. The Fair Credit Reporting Act requires that you, the credit-reporting agency report accurate and/or correct account information within my credit file. My credit issues are very specific, these accounts and/or items do not belong to me. This means that you are reporting incorrect account information within my credit report. It is this in mind that I request that these listed accounts and items be Blocked and Deleted. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act FCRA, Section 1681c ( 2 ) Block of information resulting from identity theft. 1.Block. Except as otherwise provided in this section, a consumer reporting shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from alleged identity theft, not later than four ( 4 ) business days after the date receipt by such agency of 1. I am also entitled to receive a free copy of my credit report, so I am requesting a free credit report and that all of these accounts, public records items, and inquiries be permanently blocked and deleted. Consumer Complaint: XXXX fraudulently obtained service contract. My client is XXXX and did not agree to services. I have written to them in XX/XX/2021 telling them not to contact my client and to go through me. I wrote to Nationwide credit in XX/XX/2021 stating the same. ( see attached ). I again sent a letter to Nationwide on XX/XX/XXXX. In XXXX the alleged balance was {$60.00} and they further sent another letter to my client in XXXX with a {$650.00} balance. This is after I have repeatedly asked for verification of debt and stating that my client is represented by myself, a lawyer. XXXX actually had the nerve to come out to my client 's house just last week.

Consumer Complaint: I am a consumer of the United States and Transworld System INC who is a third party debt collector is attempting to collect on a Alleged debt they purchased. Pursuant to the federal fair debt collection practices act they have no right to collect or report on Alleged debt without my written consent nor consent to any other company as well. This is identity theft my information was accessed and sold without my prior knowledge. I am constantly being called numerous times everyday from different phone numbers harassed by mail and threatened. All of this is a direct violation of the Federal debt collection practices act 15 USC chapter 41. Attached is a cease and desist that was sent certified on XX/XX/XXXX they received XX/XX/XXXX certified mail with green return receipt and did not respond to but continues to try to collect on. All of the violations are submitted and remedy that I demanded.
