Consumer Complaint: This is account have been on my credit report for over a year. The account in question is from TransWorld System. Medical from that I did not know I owed. Once I found out it was on my credit I paid the collection agency in full. Ive tried disputing this off my redirect report for more than a year it will be two year in XXXX. The account in question is on XXXX credit report. This is now appearing on my report as a charge off. I tried XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX and XXXX XXXX in XXXX. I also sent numerous disputes to XXXX and their refusing to remove this off my credit report

Consumer Complaint: UAS connect loan service took a payment out of my account on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$1100.00}. As soon as I realized, I called them on XX/XX/XXXX to see what was going on. They wouldnt immediately tell me over the phone why they took that amount from my account, and they kept telling me that they would send me an email in a few days explaining what happened. I had to get seriously upset for them to look into the issue and tell me what was going on with my account. I also got notice long ago that this loan was going to be transferred and included with my other student loans with the Department of Education, and I did notice an increase to my balance with the Department of Education, which is one of the reasons why I was so confused. The phone resulted in the man telling me that UAS took one of their last automatic payments of $ XXXX in XXXX. Then for no known reason the payments stopped. And I thought it was because the loan transferred over to be combined with the department of education. The next payment they took out was {$40.00} in XXXX of XXXX. Finally in XXXX they took out {$1100.00}. I was told that the {$1100.00} was taken out because it was the amount due on the account which is what the automatic payments are set up to do. I was also told that my XXXX loan with XXXX is a private loan and that they werent under the same federal rules of loans being paused because of the corona virus. I was also told that yes, this loan is supposed to be transferred over with my Department of Education Loans, but the transfer is still pending. My question is, if that is the case, why did they stop taking the automatic payments out in the first place? I never received a single email or notice that I had anything past due on this account. I also never received notice that they would be taking that much money out of my account at once. I have filed for reimbursement over the phone with them but havent received promise that they will pay me my money back. I also called my bank and asked them to stop the payment on the account. I imagine if this happened to me that it is happening to other people, and it is extremely unfair. I dont know how I am going to pay my rent if I dont get that money back. Its also almost XXXX, and now how am I going to afford gifts for my family? I would really appreciate any help I can get with dealing with such unfair treatment. It truly feels like they robbed me.

If he has waited beyond the service period of the insurance then thats not my concern. XXXX XXXX has to improve his back office billing. I found XXXX XXXX as a future XXXX XXXX while searching for XXXX on the XXXX XXXX. He is a XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX, IL. Truthfully XXXX XXXX is a very good XXXX with excellent customer relations and bedside manners. I have no complaints about his medical practice. He's a great XXXX. However as a businessman I have reservations about his office operations. XXXX XXXX billing processes and procedures internally are all but efficient. My complaint is about a medical billing sent to collections. I had XXXX under my then wife and I now have XXXX under me. On my last visit with XXXX XXXX, he stated that his office person could not collect on my insurance. I thought this was odd considering that my previous XXXX and XXXX both were covered with a Copay that I have with the insurance company. So I thought no worries he will take care of it, besides why should I do his medical billing? That was around XX/XX/2021 and now it is XX/XX/2021 and I see that XXXX XXXX has sent this balance to collections instead of dealing with the Insurance provider. I have seen ( XXXX ) XXXX since XXXX XXXX and their billing is just fine with my {$20.00} copay. XXXX XXXX has sent my bill for {$910.00} to XXXX XXXX XXXX a XXXX XXXX out of XXXX XXXX, PA. I want XXXX XXXX to take responsibility for this transaction and just because he has a medical practice or business service does not give him the right to generate a debt and charge it to the customer. Once the patient enters the office the payment arrangement is already made. Through the XXXX site the patient provides all their insurance information and it is reiterated once in the Docs office. XXXX XXXX did not have a secretary, office clerk or nurse in the office working with him and he was handling all the responsibilities. I saw the XXXX twice before he told me that I owe {$910.00}. I told him that couldnt be so because of the way I set my insurance up. He replied very defensive and said that his person has always done his billing. I replied that I dont believe that she is correct and he said she is and I said impossible and he said then I cant see you today. I said fine. I am not responsible for this debt at this time and should not be held liable for paying it. Best Regards,

I have never been notified of this collection. However, this letter does not imply that I refuse to pay this debt. Rather, I would like to dispute your claim. As per the FDCPA, I have the right to request a validation of this debt. I request you to prove that I am indeed the party who is by contract obligated to pay off this debt. I hope you are aware of the fact that reporting any invalidated information to major credit bureaus may constitute defamation of character, as negative listing on credit report does not allow me to enjoy the benefits of good credit. MY NAME IS XXXX XXXX. I am the executrix of my estate in the name of XXXX XXXX. Whereas I believe them to be a debt buyer, TRANSWORLD SYS INCXXXX must operate under the FDCPA. I am requesting all DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE including all ledgers, books of accounts, documents, and corporate records that pertains to accounts XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX ON THE PRIVATE AND PUBLIC SIDE. Failure to provide such documentary evidence is a clear violation of 12 cfr 1026.13 ( a ) ( 6 ) as I am invoking my right to obtain it in accordance with 15 usc 44. Consumer Complaint: Hi, I have a rental reservation on XX/XX/2021 at XXXX XXXX. When I arrive at the rental location, there is a huge line waiting for my reserved car, which took me about 2 and half hours to get my car. When it is my turn, the representative told me they do not have a similar level rental car that I reserved, and asked me to wait about an hour to get a car I reserved at XXXX XXXX, which is not reasonable. After my complaint, the representative agrees to give me another car to drive. The car is noisy and shaking when I was driving, which made me really uncomfortable and felt unsafe to drive the car, so I had to return to the rental location just after XXXX and half hours. After I returned my car, I noticed my return rental agreement had a charge of {$83.00} showing it is for a vehicle upgrade. I do not get any information before I have to pay this fee, and I do not agree it is my responsibility to upgrade the car because of the insufficient stocked car at the location. I contact XXXX several times and wish XXXX could solve this problem for me, but they never respond to my message. I do not believe I should be charged for this bill amount. Thank you.

I had know Idea why but I watch my credit score closely and was notified by my bank. I checked the credit reporting companies and they staited the the cause was a delinkquent XXXX XXXX charged by a company called Transworld Systems which represents the unregulated power company in XXXX called XXXX XXXX XXXX. They claimed I owed XXXX XXXX XXXX. Now I have never lived in XXXX and I have been a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for about 40 XXXX The following information about the fradulent XXXX XXXX bill was on the XXXX web site : Account XXXX : Amount past due ... ... ... ..Not Reported? Bureau Name Transworld Systems Account type : ... ... ... ... ... Not Reported? Original Lender : XXXX XXXX XXXX Responsibility : XXXX XXXX of account : ... ... ... ... XXXX month? Credit Limit : ... ... ... ... ... ... ... Not reported? Higest Balance : {$850.00}. Thats it, that's all the fradulent billing they presented to the Credit Bureaus that severely damaged my credit score. Additional documentation into the dispute said only this : Account Number : XXXX Account type : Collections Date opened XX/XX/2021 {$850.00} past due as of XX/XX/2021, that a XXXX power bill for ONE Month! Terms : one month. After disputing the 3 bureau 's, I called Transworld directly at XXXX and spoke to a rep named XXXX. I told her this was a mistake on their part, that I was a XXXX XXXX and very knowledgeable about the FDCPA Act and the FCRA Act, so we could forgo any lies or made up stories about how this happened. The reps attitude changed for the the better Immediately. She told me that the bill was actually from a location in XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX then asked for a copy of my drivers License to which I said absolutely not. I reminded XXXX that XXXX XXXX can not under any circumstances do business in the state of XXXX as the XXXX have never given them any type of approval to provide any service to customers in XXXX. But we did make an agreement that I would give her a ( partial ) copy of my latest XXXX XXXX XXXX with the account numbers blocked out ( they already had that information ) and they agreed repeatedly to provide me with a hard copy of the investigation that was expected to take 30 days. I have zero faith that they will comply. So it really comes down to 10 Power breaking federal Interstate commerice laws, which is quite serious. I will now be filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission which makes their actions a felony.
