Consumer Complaint: I received a collection notice in the mail from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX dated XX/XX/2021 for a debt that was previously paid directly to the creditor, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX in the amount of {$21.00} that was due on XX/XX/2021 to Minute Clinic. The notice referenced, This is an attempt to collect a debt. I have made several attempts to contact the company to request a copy of my XXXX balance due letter but have not received the letter in the mail. The company confirmed over the phone that my acct was at XXXX balance. Also, I informed Operator XXXX that my mailing address is the same as the mailing address that they mailed the collection letter to, ( they had the incorrect mailing address on file ). Since then I have tried calling the company several times and at different times of the day but I get the answering machine every time. I left a voicemail last week and have not received a call back yet or the XXXX balance due letter in the mail. I would like a copy of this letter for my records.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter telling me I owed {$2700.00} dollars for XXXX accounts, although the date said XX/XX/XXXX. I'm not sure the reasoning for this. I read the paper and it didn't include my right to dispute. On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted them and my mother XXXX XXXX spoke to XXXX. She didn't give us enough information during the call so I'm unable to determine the validity. She also didn't tell my mother whether I could dispute it. My mother offered to pay with our health insurance but she told us because the visit happened in XXXX and we are in XXXX, we could not use our medical insurance to pay off the bill. She tried to pressure my mother into paying today with a discount, even though my mother told her " I don't have that type of money right now '' ( something along these lines ). My mother asked for another day and she said the deal was only today however, she previously said it could be for the month. Not telling us the right to dispute, trying to coerce my mother into paying today, no inclusion of my rights. I don't even know if these accounts aren't even mine because not enough information was given to me. I made an account to view my accounts on XXXX XXXX XXXXm and these accounts don't seem familiar. These accounts do not show up on my credit report for XXXX and XXXX. Today I sent a certified letter to the debt validation asking for more information.

Consumer Complaint: I cancelled my XXXX XXXX around XXXX in XXXX, after noticing I was still being charged for several months while the gym was closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I spoke with two of their employees ensuring I would be reimbursed for the amount taken from my account during their closure. The first staff member I spoke with asked few questions and said I should expect to be credited within a couple days. The credits did not get refunded so I reached out a second time and spoke with another staff member who helped me through the process of crediting my account as previously promised. During that same conversation I informed them the coronavirus outbreak resulted in me losing my job and I needed to cancel my gym membership. She said I could cancel at that time, or instead, I opt for a temporary account hold that would automatically renew in six months. I refused the hold and clarified I was only interested in cancelling as I was in a state of financial uncertainty and had concerns about health safety. She verbalized understanding and agreed to cancel my account. Over a year later in XX/XX/XXXX, I was reviewing credit card statements and noticed the XXXX had been charging me monthly membership fees ( $ XXXX. XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX. I contacted their customer service on XX/XX/XXXX about the mistake, and informed them I had not been a member, nor had I attended their facilities since their shut down during the pandemic. After many weeks, the XXXX charges had not been refunded so I consulted with my credit card company via telephone, to investigate the issue. XXXX XXXX refunded my account and proceeded to contact the XXXX requesting documentation proving valid membership, or a term agreement showing I was financial responsible for fees from XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX. Due to the XXXXs lack of communication and failure to provide documentation, XXXX XXXX fraud investigations concluded I was not responsible for the disputed charges, I won the case and the claim had been closed. Shortly after, the XXXX began sending threatening letters and emails regarding an outstanding balance. Next, on XX/XX/XXXX, I began receiving TransWorld Collections notifications stating theyd taken on the debt of {$170.00}. The first letter explained that it was my Right to notify the agency within thirty days informing them of inaccurate/disputed charges, which I did. Since the case has closed, Ive continued to be harassed by both the XXXX, and TransWorld Collection Agency falsely accusing me of owing {$170.00}. The investigation preformed by my creditor supports that I do not owe any money to the XXXX, nor do I owe TransWorld Collection Agency. I lost my job during the pandemic and was unemployed each month I was unknowingly charged for a membership I did not agree to. Im disgusted on how unethically the XXXX has handled this issue, and I do not deserve to be continuously taunted with debt threats from TransWorld Collection Agency.

Consumer Complaint: I am XXXX XXXX XXXX and I am sending this complaint myself to request assistance from having this account removed from my personal Credit report. I don't have any connection to any Credit Monitoring Company or any of its kind. Despite the multiple previous written requests, the unverified account still remains on my credit report in violation of Federal Law. The 3 Credit Bureaus have failed to comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 USC sections1681i within the time set forth by law, and continued reporting of unverified information which now, given all my attempts to address it directly with the creditor, as willful negligence and non-compliance with federal statutes. This status is damaging my report, which would not be happening if the bureaus have investigated properly before posting derogatory information.
