As well as sharing orselling my personal student loan info per the TheFamily Educational Rights andPrivacy Act ( FERPA ) ( 20 U.S.C. 1232g ; 34 CFR Part 99 ). Consumer Complaint: My Fair Credit Reporting act consumer rights have been violated. On XX/XX/2024 I submitted letters to each Consumer Reporting agency requesting that both my name and my address be updated on my credit reports. I also asked that the name I requested to be on my credit report be the only one listed as it is my only name, and the only name I open accounts with. I also requested the address I sent to them be the only one listed as it is my correct address and where I receive all of my mail. As of XX/XX/XXXX my rights have been violated in two ways. I have not received a response from any of the credit reporting agencies. It has been over 30 days as it is now XX/XX/2024. I have also been violated, because none of my personal information has been update.
