Consumer Complaint: I've been disputing this since at least XXXX of XXXX with TransUnion. I have sent out letters via certified mail to first, ask if the debt was mine. Second, I asked TransUnion to verify the accuracy of the information in accordance with the FCRA, Section 611 A through D. I asked for TransUnion to delete anything that is not 100 % accurate. I then shared that inconsistencies were reported between the XXXX bureaus and listed them inside the mailed letter. The date of the last activity was incorrect, and I pointed out the mistakes to be deleted. It's worth mentioning that when I disputed the inaccuracies with both XXXX and XXXX, they were removed from my credit report as what was reported was not 100 % accurate. I then disputed online twice with TransUnion on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. The XX/XX/XXXX dispute returned results as information getting updated.The XX/XX/XXXX dispute returned results that shared the information will be deleted from the report. When I asked TransUnion when I can expect this to fall off my credit report, they shared with me that the only way for it to come off my credit report, despite winning the dispute is A letterheaded document from the servicer/debt holder that shares that the information can be deleted from my report, mentioning all the accounts, name of acct, date was opened, and partial acct numbers. With this, I reached out to XXXX XXXX XXXX as that's what is shared on my credit report. XXXX shared that the debt was transferred to XXXX, hence having it paid in full, and closed. These were reasons I shared in my dispute that XXXX was able to corroborate. They then shared they were going to file a dispute on my behalf and shared that I need to speak with XXXX to see if they can get it removed from my credit report. I spoke with XXXX and they shared they informed TransUnion in XXXX that they are now the debt holders of my XXXX loans but since the adverse information on my report didn't originate from them, they are unable to do anything about it. The timeline they shared in which it should've been updated to accurately reflect on my credit report was 60-90 days, and 2 years later, it is still reporting negatively on my report- despite having an investigation result share that it would get deleted. Despite the other bureaus removing it from my report since it didn't report accurately across all the bureaus. Even how it's currently reporting is inaccurate, which also shares that an investigation never happened as XXXX is the holder.

Consumer Complaint: I submitted a certified, notarized dispute to Transunion credit bureau on XX/XX/2024 asking that they verify all information is accurate and correct or remove the collector from my credit profile as they are in violation of 15 USC 1681 et seq. governs access to consumer credit report records and promotes accuracy, fainess, and privacy of personal informaton assembled by Credit Reporting Agencies. & 15 USC 1681 section 602 a states " There is a need to ensure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, im partiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. The Act ( Title VI of the Consumer Credit Protection Act ) protects information collected by consumer reporting agencies such as credit bureaus, medical information companies and tenant screening services. Information in a consumer report can not be provided to any who does not have a purpose specified in the Act. I just received notification from Transunion dated XX/XX/2024 on XX/XX/2024 denying my request to dispute the inaccuracies on my profile
