Consumer Complaint: Ongoing issues with XXXX, we did not know our loan was transferred to XXXX XXXX and still have not received notice. Also, did not know our autopay was stopped, they claim delinquent funds however no evidence at my bank nor did receive any notification. We found out from a VA letter. XXXX claims they tried to call and send a letter however nothing showing on our electronic correspondence or physical mail. They finally XXXX XXXX us a letter and included letter of late payment, however do not believe they really mailed it and possible made it up when we complained. They only responded after compaining to multiple agencies. XXXX is trying to close our complaints stating it is resolved, but it is NOT. We still need notice of transfer and also our credit report corrected. We can not reach a real person to help and still have many issues with this company.

Consumer Complaint: I lodged a complaint with these Bureaus a month ago, but unfortunately, the inaccurate information on my report still remains. I haven't received any communication from the Bureaus, except for the notification that you sent stating that the company has responded to my complaint. How can I be certain that they have thoroughly checked the inaccuracies on my report? What methods did they employ to validate the accounts? This whole situation is incredibly frustrating! It's been more than 30 days since I filed a complaint with these Bureaus, and yet the disputed accounts have not been updated. If this continues, I will have no choice but to take legal action due to the immense stress this has caused me. Moreover, I am also concerned about the security of my personal data, as it was affected by the XXXX, XXXX, and Transunion data breach.

Consumer Complaint: In reference to the errors discovered on my most recent credit report, I am writing to formally file a complaint. I looked into it thoroughly and found that your agency had failed to report a number of items that were questionable, invalidated, unverifiable, and inaccurate. These errors have not only caused severe distress but also violate my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, which mandates that all information on my credit report must be reported 100 % accurately. It is unacceptable that your agency has failed to ensure compliance with this fundamental requirement. Furthermore, I have identified specific accounts that are in clear violation of 15 U.S Code 1681e ( b ) and 15 U.S. Code 1681i ( 5 ). These accounts are not reporting information accurately and are further exacerbating the adverse effects on my creditworthiness and financial well-being. I demand immediate action to rectify these inaccuracies and bring my credit report into full compliance with the law. I have attached copies of all letters previously sent to your agency regarding this matter for your review and reference. Failure to address this complaint promptly and effectively will leave me with no choice but to escalate this matter further and seek appropriate legal action to remedy the damages caused by your agency 's negligence. I expect a timely response detailing the steps taken to address and rectify the inaccuracies on my credit report.
