Issue: Incorrect information on your report
Subissue: Information belongs to someone else
Consumer Complaint: I have encountered persistent challenges in rectifying unauthorized accounts and inquiries on my credit report, despite diligent efforts to engage with the credit reporting agency. Notably, previous disputes raised pursuant to 15 U.S.C. 1681e ( b ) and 15 U.S.C. 1681c2, which mandate stringent compliance with accuracy reporting and full file disclosures, have been met with inadequate responses from the agency. Despite my repeated attempts to escalate the matter and engage with supervisory personnel within the fraud and dispute departments, the agency has failed to facilitate such discussions, citing internal policies that seemingly diverge from the explicit mandates of federal law. Under 15 U.S.C. 1681c2, the agency bears a legal obligation to expeditiously block any information originating from alleged identity theft, upon receipt of requisite documentation, including substantiating proof of identity, an identity theft report, specific identification of disputed information, and a formal statement disassociating said information from any consumer-initiated transactions. Notwithstanding the provision of comprehensive documentation, including my driver 's license, social security card, and an FTC report, the agency has regrettably neglected to fulfill its statutory duty within the prescribed four-business-day timeframe. My paramount concern stems from the agency 's apparent non-compliance with federal statutes enacted to safeguard consumers against the deleterious effects of erroneous credit reporting. As such, I am compelled to signal my intent to pursue further recourse, including, but not limited to, legal remedies, absent expeditious compliance with the mandates of 15 U.S.C. 1681c2. I therefore implore the agency to promptly rectify the identified inaccuracies in my credit report and take requisite measures to ensure future adherence to federal law.

Consumer Complaint: I am listing accounts below that have been reported inaccurately on my credit report. In compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and as a gesture of respect to the Federal Trade Commission Committee on accuracy and completeness of credit information I am formally writing in today to dispute negative information appearing on my credit. This incorrect information is greatly hindering me from getting the credit score I deserve and hopefully, this letter will resolve all the issues on my credit. I demand to see Verifiable Proof ( an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it ) of the accounts listed below. Your failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit.
