Consumer Complaint: An account was opened in my name without my permission at the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, IL XXXX. Phone number XXXX. I live in XXXX, PA. The opening date was XX/XX/XXXX. It resulted in a hard inquiry/credit check on my account. The account was finally closed and they reported it as a fraudulent event on XX/XX/XXXX and said they would contact Transunion directly to have it removed from my report. No action was taken, and since that date of XX/XX/XXXX I have called the above number 8 times and left my contact number for someone to call back and no one has reached out. There is never a manager or another option present. They are a horrible company, I just want this resolved.

Consumer Complaint: I have already sent a letter addressing the inaccuracies and unknown items on my credit report, but unfortunately, I have not received any response even after 30 days. It feels like I'm being taken advantage of and my disputes are being ignored. According to Section 611 ( a ), if these items are not investigated within 30 days, they should be promptly removed from my credit report. Since it has been over 30 days, I expect these accounts to be updated immediately. If not, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action due to the stress this situation has caused me. Additionally, my information was also affected by the XXXX, XXXX, and Transunion data breach, which raises concerns about the security of my personal data.

In compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and as a gesture of respect to the Federal Trade Commission Committee on accuracy and completeness of credit information I am formally writing in today to dispute negative information appearing on my credit. This incorrect information is greatly hindering me from getting the credit score I deserve and hopefully, this letter will resolve all the issues on my credit. Consumer Complaint: I lodged a complaint with these Bureaus a month ago, but unfortunately, the inaccurate information on my report still remains. I haven't received any communication from the Bureaus, except for the notification that you sent stating that the company has responded to my complaint. How can I be certain that they have thoroughly checked the inaccuracies on my report? What methods did they employ to validate the accounts? This whole situation is incredibly frustrating! It's been more than 30 days since I filed a complaint with these Bureaus, and yet the disputed accounts have not been updated. If this continues, I will have no choice but to take legal action due to the immense stress this has caused me. Moreover, I am also concerned about the security of my personal data, as it was affected by the XXXX, XXXX, and Transunion data breach.

Pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1681 ( a ) ( 1 ) the banking system is dependent upon credit reports being fair and accurate. The banks can not function without my consumer reports being accurate nor can I extend my credit for essential things. This grave error has undermined my confidence in the public and I am not able to use my consumer credit. Pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1681 ( b ) ( 2 ) I never gave your permission to furnish a consumer report on my behalf nor did I give you written consent with my wet ink signature. You are supposed to have my permission to furnish this report and I never gave consent for you or any other person to furnish information on my behalf. I demand that you provide to me the original contracts for the above said accounts and I also demand you provide me a contract including my wet ink signature which gave your permission to furnish this information on my report. If you can not provide such documentation these items shall be blocked and removed from my consumer report. If the failure of such items are not blocked and removed, failure of your willful noncompliance can result in a lawsuit. You are harming my reputation and defaming my character by reporting inaccurate information and causing mental anguish and injury as I have been denied credit. I am expecting to get a home in a few months and this inaccuracy is causing me to be denied by lenders because it is reporting negative.
