Consumer Complaint: There is a fraudulent account on my consumer report that I am highly displeased with. I was trying to get a home for my family, and I got denied due to damages on my consumer credit report. This is defamation of my character, and it's hindering my success. I take my livelihood very seriously, and I expected you all to as well. According to 15 U.S.C & 1681, you are supposed to promote fairness and accuracy on my credit report. But all I see are fraudulent and unauthorized accounts. I have been a part of several breaches, so at this point, you all should be protecting my privacy. This is detrimental to my emotional and psychological health to the point I had to have my pastor pray for me several times. I don't have access to get a house now. I am enforcing my rights, and I expect you to be more ethical with my information. According to 15 U.S. Code 5 16815-2, not one credit reporting agency should be reporting any inaccurate information anyways due to neglect use considering that I was in breach. I need help now so I can proceed to get my family a house.
