Issue: Problem with a company's investigation into an existing problem
Subissue: Their investigation did not fix an error on your report
Consumer Complaint: I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the numerous unsuccessful attempts to remove inaccuracies from my credit report. Despite multiple disputes and requests, certain derogatory items continue to appear on my report, including late/closed accounts, accounts included in bankruptcy, and public records. I have enclosed a copy of my credit report highlighting the inaccuracies for your reference. I request the following actions be taken : Removal of Late/Closed Accounts : Several accounts on my credit report are listed as late/closed, which inaccurately reflects my credit history. These entries are outdated and should be removed promptly. Removal of Accounts Included in Bankruptcy : There are accounts on my credit report that were included in bankruptcy proceedings. As per the bankruptcy discharge, these accounts should no longer appear on my credit report. Please remove them immediately. Removal of Public Records : Certain public records, such as XXXX XXXX Bankruptcy are inaccurately listed on my credit report. These records have been resolved or do not pertain to me. I request their immediate removal. I have made numerous attempts to address these inaccuracies through the proper channels, but they persist, causing significant distress and hindering my ability to access credit on fair terms. I understand the importance of accurate reporting and the impact it has on individuals ' financial lives. Therefore, I urge you to investigate these discrepancies promptly and make the necessary corrections to ensure the accuracy and integrity of my credit report. Please acknowledge receipt of this letter and inform me of the steps being taken to address these inaccuracies. I am asking for your assisstance to remove these items in my credit file XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Balance : {$1200.00} - Please investigate the account name, date of last activity, and account balance. This information seems to be misleading. This will need to be removed pronto. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Balance : {$2300.00} - Investigate the way this account is reporting the date of last activity, opening date, and the account name. I believe this information may be inaccurate. I need this account removed NOW. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX {$0.00} - This is showing to be 120+days past due as the current status but it also says its been transferred. Youre showing a payment due amount but how can I owe something to a company that no longer owns the account? You need to change the description to say and change the Current Status to say : Paid as Agreed. Please remove all the negative information as well as it is a violation of automatic stay and bankruptcy court orders. XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX - This bankruptcy file date is wrong and this bankruptcy is out of statute for reporting on a credit report. It should no longer be reported because it is past the 10-year statute of limitations that a credit bureau can report. Please update the filing date and then remove.

Consumer Complaint: I received a consumer report from XXXX, transunion, and XXXX and they all have reported inacurrate information on my consumer file and they are not following federal law and I as a consumer have a right to privacy and this is illegal to report transactions and also without my consent. I have never given consent to these inaccurate reportings. I have NEVER been Late and I have never missed a payment. These reporting agencies are not allowed to report any transactions history that is negative and for any purpose. I have been violated as they have caused me mental harm, stress, and loss of credit extensions as they have been furnishing my information and reporting information that they have NO RIGHT to report. They have assumed a role that they are part of the government and they are not. I Demand that they update the accounts to show as paid as agreed or paid. I need these agencies to update my files and the accounts that they have as late to get them corrected as I need the history
