Consumer Complaint: Trans Union LLC Consumer Dispute Center XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, PA XXXX Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to block and delete the fraudulent late charges on my credit report that have been previously reported multiple times and have not been addressed, in light of identity theft that I am a victim of. I request immediate action in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), including the blocking and deletion of the fraudulent information from my credit report. As such, I request that you block and delete the inaccurate and fraudulent late charges from my credit report to prevent further financial harm and to restore the accuracy and integrity of my credit history. I have diligently put this credit reporting agency on notice about these fraudulent late charges multiple times, provided evidence of identity theft, and sought resolution in accordance with FCRA guidelines. Despite these efforts, the fraudulent information remains on my credit report. This failure to address the fraudulent accounts and take action in response to identity theft is a violation of my rights under the FCRA.
