Consumer Complaint: Transunion, XXXX, and XXXX continue to report that I owe a debt that I do not. This alleged debt has been paid since day one by the note that is being used. The credit bureaus knows this but are paid by XXXX XXXX to furnish this information. The credit bureaus also sells my information to other businesses this puts me at risk of identity theft and other cyber attacks. Furthermore the credit bureaus are not allowed to furnish anything I have note validated or verified as accurate as this is my consumer report that they are furnishing.

A person is prohibited from furnishing information about a consumer to a consumer reporting agency if the person has been notified by the consumer, at the specified address for such notices, that specific information is inaccurate. These provisions are in place to ensure that accurate information is reported to consumer reporting agencies and to address inaccuracies promptly after notification by the consumer. If a violation of these provisions is suspected, it may be appropriate to seek legal advice or contact relevant authorities for resolution. Consumer Complaint: To whom it may concern, I have recently discovered that there is unauthorized information in my name being used on my credit reports and would like to file a dispute. This information is unauthorized and I did not approve it to reflect on my credit reports. I believe I may be a victim of identity theft. I have a security lock on my credit report and I was not alerted to this information being authorized on my reports and I am insisting that they be deleted from my credit report as soon as possible. These items are fraudulent and impacting my relationships with creditors.
