With that said, I deny your allegations and I challenge you to provide proof that you have the right to report this incomplete negative information on my credit report. Per 15 U.S.C 1681e Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates.
