Issue: Problem with a company's investigation into an existing problem

Subissue: Their investigation did not fix an error on your report

Consumer Complaint: They have not provided detailed explanations for why these accounts were marked as Late and Derogatory. I am extremely dissatisfied with the outcome of their investigation and validation. I am unsure of the methods and processes they used to arrive at these inaccurate results. How is it possible that I received a XXXX late mark when there are no records of XXXX days past due? It seems to have jumped straight to XXXX days. Furthermore, these issues occurred during the pandemic when systems were frequently down, and there were limited options for making payment transactions. Despite the challenges I've faced, I have diligently kept everything up to date and fully paid. It is unjust and unacceptable that they refuse to correct and update their records despite my numerous letters requesting them to rectify these errors. Hear me out, and help me update these to current or just delete these errors on my credit report. Consumer Complaint: I received a copy of my consumer reports from the credit reporting agencies and these agencies and creditors are not doing what is required by congress and in the federal register. They are violating my rights and my right to privacy and I have never given them consent to any furnishing of my personal information. I have the Privacy act that is for me, the consumer and natural person. I am federally protected and these accounts are all PAID or PAID AS AGREED. I do not want them damaging my name and causing me a lifetime of mental agony. This is a violation of the FCRA and FDCPA, CCPA. I demand that the accounts be kept on my profile so I can get the things I am in need of. By these corporations taking it upon themselves to report and cause damage to me and my family is against the law as they do not have any authority to do but they without our knowledge assumed the role and they can not do that. These accounts are listed as charge offs and charge offs are a certificate of indebtedness and must be reported as income. Income is not to be reported on a consumer profile. These accounts have a nice length of history which i demand to stay on my reports. I see they violated me and reported a charge off but they NEVER sent me the 1099c. They are to prove that they had my permissible purpose and written consent to report this negative damaging and harmful to my life as a consumer. They have not sent me anything correcting their criminal activity. They send me letters that are not signed by a live person. I asked for the proof that they had my permission to report for every single month and i have asked for the proof that they sent me the 1099c. I have received nothing and they have sent threatening letters and they are not signed by a real person, they have not properly noted the accounts as I demanded. and according to the law. The reporting agencies said they got information from the creditor and they told them to report. That is illegal and not according to the FCRA and my privacy rights as a federally protected consumer. Privacy act of 1974. These charge offs must be updated immediately as I am adding up the total damages they are causing me. I have had enough. I am the consumer, the natural person, and I am protected and I have the right to request anything and all records for the history of the account. While you get these accounts updated I am also in need of ALL the Records, Statements, disclosures, applications, contracts, and all the accounting ledgers for the history of the account. The date they received my social security number. I also need the statement of account and accounting ledger for both sides. ALL THESE CONSUMER CREDIT TRANSACTIONS I ENTERED INTO I WAS FOOLED AND DAMAGED. These companies reported Charge offs : XXXX, Transunion, XXXX, XXXX XXXX ( they have 2 accounts Violations X 2 ) THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNTS, WITHHOLDING MY SECURITIES AND I HAVE HAD MANY CREDIT CARDS WITH THEM AND AI HAVE ALSO BEEN DENIED A FEW TIMES BUT THEY HAVE BEEN PAID BECAUSE THEY HAVE MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AND SECURITY. XXXX XXXX XXXX ( I HAVE BEEN DENIED CREDIT AND THAT IS A VIOLATION AND AGAINST THE LAW ) THEY HAVE THE OTHER ACCOUNTS THAT THEY CLOSED WITHOUT CONSENT AND NOW CHARGE OFFS XXXX XXXX ( 2 VEHICLES I HAVE PURCHASED AND I GOT DENIED FOR CREDIT CARDS AND FOR VEHICLES ) XXXX I HAVE HAD A FEW DENIALS FOR CREDIT CARDS, VEHICLES, BUT THEY GOT PAID. Consumer Complaint: Transunion has Reported late payments on my Auto loan XXXX XXXX XXXX without my acknowledgment. The late payments should not be on my Credit Report. I paid this Auto off in XXXX 6 months to one years time. According to Code 15 US 1666b A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose, unless the creditor has adopted reasonable procedures designed to ensure the each periodic statement including the information required by section 1637 ( b ) of this title is mailed or delivered to the consumer not later than 21 days before the payment due date.
