Consumer Complaint: The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX closed my account. And that's fine. The statement close date is usually the XXXX of each month. I recently paid the card down to XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX and the card is still showing a balance on my credit report. They normally would post the statement if there was a balance on it. But i find it odd that now there is no balance on it and it's going on 2 months that the same information is being reported on my credit reports about a card that has been paid in full for a while now.. I called the company and they told me to call the credit bureaus. I call the credit bureaus and they tell me to call the company. This is insane that this is remaining on my credit report and is paid in full. It's damaging my credit profile.
