The List of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions 15 U.S.C 1681c. ( a ) ( 5 ) Section States : no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.

Account XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Update to current, paid as agreed. Remove for late payments : XX/XX/XXXX. Per congress via 15 U.S. Code 1692g - Validation of debts, the debt collector will obtain verification of the debt or a copy of a judgment against the consumer and a copy of such verification or judgment will be mailed to the consumer by the debt collector. I STILL have not been presented with the name and contact information of such an individual that has confirmed the validity of this debt with the date and time and means of verifying. Additionally, I was not provided evidence that confirms consent by ME to TransUnion LLC or the furnishers of this information that provided TransUnion this information that evidence my CONSENT prior consent to the reporting of the transactions and or experiences on my consumer report. TransUnion LLC is failing to comply with laws of FCRA and responding with stalling tatics and unverifiable information to avoid compliance. TransUnion LLC should be fined immediately for non-willful compliance and blatant harm and disrespect to me, the consumer, you the CFPB and FCRA.

I don't understand how they processed their investigation, leading to the sudden addition of a late payment remark on these accounts, especially when I was never late with my payments.
