The List of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. Consumer Complaint: 15 USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) clearly states that transactions between the consumer and the Person/Corporation making the report is NOT included on the consumer reports. Yet TransUnion, XXXX XXXX XXXX is reporting this information. The reporting of excluded information pursuant to 15 USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) on a consumer report is a clear violation of Metro2 compliance. Provide me with the Metro2 compliance disclosure on reporting transactions to a consumer reporting agency. I need the transactions reporting as late, collection/charge-off status and any other derogatory information deleted from my consumer reports effective immediately. Before you think to reply that this account has been validated, lets be clear that I am not asking you to validate or verify anything. So please do not respond by telling me that as a tactic to waste my valuable time. Some of the negative accounts have been placed in Collection/Charge-Off Status WITHOUT mailing me a copy of IRS form 1099-C Cancellation of Debt. Consumer Complaint: On this matter Transunion has been notified in various ways of my rights to privacy, and the laws applicable through mail, numerous telephone calls, Affidavit, but have continuously ignored and used tactics to not remove requested items that XXXX, XXXX have removed. Even after being informed that a certain creditor which is attached to in documents XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, was using various names creating inaccuracies on my consumer report, I was ignored and tactics were used to not remove this item and other items which should have been removed. Now because of my rights to privacy being violated, I have been receiving threatening/ harassing correspondence 's from two different 3rd party debt collectors using the inaccurate names that caused this creditor to be removed from other two consumer reporting agencies. who now have my personal non - public information, with my express written consent, and without a contract for the two 3rd party debt collectors that gives them consent to do so, which should of been removed, but who paid Transunion extra money to keep on my consumer report even though by the law, it should have been removed for inaccuracies. My right to privacy has not been protected, and it needs to stop right now, and be corrected. A copy of all documents were also mailed to certified mail USPS.
