Consumer Complaint: I requested my Disclosure from XXXX Pursuant 15 USC 6802 ( b ) which was not provided to me as per federal law. The law is explicitly clear that before a financial institution discloses any consumer nonpublic personal information, they must give the consumer 3 disclosures so the consumer has an opportunity to opt out of having their information reported. I also requested any documents and disclosures sent over from XXXX to the credit reporting agencies and they did not provide me with anything. I stated what happened requesting my nonpublic information be deleted from my consumer file, I was told to send in a dispute letter which I did yet all the accounts are still being reported on my consumer file which is against federal law. I AM ENVOKING THE SPECIFIED REMEDY THAT I PREVIOUSLY DENIED WITH HOLDING MY DISCLOSURES, Pursuant 15 USC 6802 ( b ). PURSUANT 15 USC 6802 ( B ) I a living breathing man hereby exercise my right and specified remedy to OPT-OUT of having the account with my nonpublic personal information reported.

Issue: Incorrect information on your report
Subissue: Information belongs to someone else
Consumer Complaint: On XXXX of XXXX, I first noticed that my credit score was very lower than what I expected. I never had any late payments or outstanding balances. I went to XXXX and saw there are some accounts I have never applied for. I reached out to those companies and informed that these accounts don't belong to me, and I have never applied for these accounts. Some of them informed me to start dispute with credit bureaus, and they gave me their own case number. However, as time goesXXXX XXXX XXXX never replied me back or called me. I started dispute with my credit bureaus, but they came back with result saying it is valid account. I still tried to call them, but XXXX XXXX repeatedly informed me they can not help me because they can not verify me. How do I know what information was used when imposter used to open this account? I have been trying to contact XXXX XXXX but they never provided me case number, just saying I should contact my credit bureau. HOWEVER, when I did that, my credit bureaus came back and told me that it is valid account. I am not sure what can I do at this point.

Issue: Problem with a company's investigation into an existing problem
Subissue: Investigation took more than 30 days
Consumer Complaint: I lodged a complaint with these Bureaus a month ago, but unfortunately, the inaccurate information on my report still remains. I haven't received any communication from the Bureaus, except for the notification that you sent stating that the company has responded to my complaint. How can I be certain that they have thoroughly checked the inaccuracies on my report? What methods did they employ to validate the accounts? This whole situation is incredibly frustrating! It's been more than 30 days since I filed a complaint with these Bureaus, and yet the disputed accounts have not been updated. If this continues, I will have no choice but to take legal action due to the immense stress this has caused me. Moreover, I am also concerned about the security of my personal data, as it was affected by the XXXX, XXXX, and Transunion data breach.

Consumer Complaint: I am listing accounts below that have been reported inaccurately on my credit report. In compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and as a gesture of respect to the Federal Trade Commission Committee on accuracy and completeness of credit information I am formally writing in today to dispute negative information appearing on my credit. This incorrect information is greatly hindering me from getting the credit score I deserve and hopefully, this letter will resolve all the issues on my credit. I demand to see Verifiable Proof ( an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it ) of the accounts listed below. Your failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit.
