Consumer Complaint: TransUnion, XXXX, & XXXX continue to report the account XXXX XXXX inaccurately. The account has several inaccuracies that lets me know this account has not been validated or verified. The high balance, last verified, date of last activity, date reported, closed date, creditor type, creditor remarks, last payment, account type, credit limit. These areas can not all have different dates and information. XXXX and XXXX are reporting late payment but different months. XXXX is reporting it as a collection but not TransUnion and XXXX. Furthermore I have equitable interest in my credit application which was used to fund this credit transaction so therefore I can not be late when the interest should settle the account. TransUnion, XXXX, and XXXX continue to report inaccurate information knowing it to be false.
