Consumer Complaint: To Whom It May Concern, Please be advised this is my SECOND WRITTEN REQUEST. The unverifiable and incomplete items listed below remain on my credit report in violation of Federal Law. You are required under the FCRA to have a copy of the original creditors documentation on file to verify that this information is mine and is correct. In the results of your first investigation, you stated in writing that you verified that these items are being reported correctly? Who verified these accounts? You have NOT provided me a copy of ANY original documentation required under Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) & Section 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) ( a consumer contract with my signature on it ) and under Section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ) of the FCRA you are required to promptly DELETE all information which can not be verified. Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX To Whom It May Concern : Upon inspecting my credit report, I have ascertained that there are multiple credit inquiries that I deem unauthorized and possibly fraudulent. Specifics of the inquiry in question are as follows : XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Inquired on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX Inquired on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX Inquired on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Inquired on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX Inquired on XX/XX/XXXX I affirm that I have neither granted permission nor acquiesced to allow the aforementioned entities to peruse or evaluate my credit information. Furthermore, no consent was imparted on my behalf for Transunion to compile such inquiries into my credit history. These practices appear to contravene Section 1681b ( c ) of the Credit Reporting Act and encroach upon my statutory privacy entitlements. In compliance with the requirements engendered by this situation, I request verification of this data from the above-listed entities and insist upon receipt of all pertinent documents substantiating these inquiries, inclusive of those containing my signed approval if existent. Moreover, I mandate that Transunion present tangible evidence of a contractual agreement between myself as a consumer and Transunion that establishes explicit consent for Transunion to disseminate any personal information thus related. This document must bear my signature as proof of consent. Should such validating documents be unobtainable or nonexistent, I hereby demand immediate expungement of these questionable inquiries from the credit file linked to my Social Security number.
