Consumer Complaint: According to TransUnion website they report bankruptcies public records on credit reports through XX/XX/XXXX, this information is obtained by third-party vendor XXXX. Bankruptcies public records collected after XX/XX/XXXX ; this information is obtained by third-party vendor XXXX. ( Exhibit A ) On XX/XX/XXXX, I disputed with ( TransUnion ) the validity of these bankruptcies they are reporting on my credit report. ( Exhibit B ). They responded on XX/XX/XXXX, stating the items was still verified. ( Exhibit C ). I went directly to XXXX ( Exhibit D ) and XXXX ( Exhibit XXXX ) to dispute these items and in response to my inquiry XXXX disputed with TransUnion ( Exhibit F ) but could not verify these items, so they deleted it from their database. ( Exhibit G ). XXXX never responded since XX/XX/XXXX. I have also went to the courthouse/pacer in response to my inquiry they DO NOT verify information to any credit reporting agencies. ( Exhibit H-I ). I then went back to TransUnion on XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX, and informed them their process was invalid due to me providing documentation and that I am aware per the FCRA I have to give 30 days to correct a known mistake. ( Exhibit J ) On XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX TransUnion responded stating the items was still verified and are not required to reinvestigate the same dispute twice ( Exhibit K ) they have once again refused to delete these items and failed to send me documentation or proof of an actual investigation. Furthermore, TransUnion did not properly conduct a full investigation of FCRA in a consumer 's credit file due to the business name and address are incomplete/inaccurate. ( Exhibit L ). These items need to be deleted from my credit report if it can not be verified within 30 days.
