Consumer Complaint: Subject : Urgent Complaint : Violation of Credit Reporting and VIP Journey Membership Terms I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the ongoing issues I have encountered with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX specifically as a VIP Journey member paying {$99.00} per month. Despite being promised expedited credit reporting to TransUnion, XXXX, and XXXX, it has been nearly 90 days, and my tradeline is still not reporting to XXXX and XXXX. I have reached out to your company via email on multiple occasions, but the matter remains unresolved. Furthermore, the tradeline reported to TransUnion does not accurately reflect the promised {$30000.00} credit limit for VIP Journey members, as stated on XXXX 's website. I deliberately increased my bills to {$30000.00} in anticipation of this reporting. However, the credit limit reported to TransUnion is " No Info, '' which contradicts the commitment made as part of my VIP Journey membership. This discrepancy not only misrepresents my creditworthiness but also violates my consumer rights and the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). I have brought this matter to your attention via email, yet the issue persists, and my attempts to resolve it have been unsuccessful. To exacerbate the situation, I recently filed a dispute with TransUnion regarding the inaccurate credit limit information. Shockingly, TransUnion informed me that XXXX XXXX confirmed the accuracy of the information, which is patently false and adds another layer of concern regarding compliance with the FCRA. This situation is not only frustrating but also damaging to my credit profile, and I believe it is imperative that XXXX XXXX addresses these issues promptly. I am left with no choice but to consider this a serious violation of my rights as a consumer. I request immediate action to rectify the following : Prompt reporting of my tradeline to XXXX and XXXX, as promised. Accurate reporting of the {$30000.00} credit limit to TransUnion. Resolution of the dispute with TransUnion to reflect the accurate information. I trust that XXXX XXXX takes this matter seriously and swiftly rectifies these issues to uphold the standards promised to its valued customers. Failure to do so XXXX compel me to explore further avenues to address these violations.

Consumer Complaint: I reviewed my consumer reports and noticed that i had XXXX late payments on an account that i was never late for. The consumer reporting agencies have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report consumer information to the best of their ability with maximum accuracy. I have never been late on payments for the accounts that i have included a screenshot inside the complaint in on dates of XX/XX/24. Please investigate and provide proof with statements showing that these payments were late. If proof cant be provided I demand I demand these payments be updated to paid as agreed on time as they should be due to the fact that i was never late. Thanks! Please see screenshot attached :

I am writing to express my ongoing concern and frustration with the multiple attempts to remove late closed and charge-off accounts from my credit report, maintained by Credit Bureaus . Despite my persistent efforts to address this issue, these derogatory entries persist, significantly impacting my financial standing and creditworthiness. The late closed and charge-off accounts in question, they have been inaccurately reported as closed late and charged off. I have attached copies of supporting documents, including such as payment records, correspondence with the creditors, and any other relevant documentation, to substantiate my claims and demonstrate the incorrect reporting of these accounts. I have undertaken several steps to rectify this issue : I have submitted disputes through your bureau, providing detailed explanations and supporting documentation to contest the inaccurate reporting of these late closed and charge-off accounts. I have communicated directly with the creditors associated with these accounts, seeking their cooperation in rectifying this matter. Unfortunately, these efforts have not resulted in the removal of these derogatory entries. I have followed the appropriate channels to dispute these inaccuracies numerous times, yet the late closed and charge-off accounts persist on my credit report. The continued presence of these derogatory entries has severe implications for my credit score and financial opportunities. It is imperative that this matter is resolved promptly to ensure the accuracy and fairness of my credit report. I kindly request the following actions to address this issue : Conduct a thorough and comprehensive investigation into the reported late closed and charge-off accounts, verifying their accuracy and timeliness.
