Consumer Complaint: Time has already passed but up until now, I havent heard any kind of response from the 3Credit Bureaus which made me decide to seek assistance from you. They have shown negligence and an act of refusal to comply with my request. I know for a fact that they are to comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act law, provide proof, and documents, and give definite and accurate responses, within the given statutory time. However, if they fail to do so, they are obliged to remove or update the items which are erroneous and unverified. I also called XXXX XXXX and canceled the account like the fraudulent government website recommended. I had no card number to give, and they were supposed to send me something in the mail stating all this and never did. I have no issues with the debt I owe but this is not mine and I am angry. It needs removed immediately.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX TRANSUNION XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, PA XXXX XX/XX/XXXX Re : Account XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX {$2500.00} and XXXX XXXX XXXX {$1200.00} To Whom It May Cancern ; I disputed the referenced accounts above on XXXX. The credit report of Transunion shows these items were deleted from my credit file. Now these items have been reinserted on my credit report. In accordance with the requirements of the FCRA as stated below, I am hereby requesting your complete compliance with any and all of the provisions : FCRA 611, Procedure in case of disputed accuracy ( 15 U.S.C. 1681b ) : certification of accuracy of information. If any information is deleted from a consumers file pursuant subparagraph ( A ), the Information may not be reinserted in the file by the consumer reporting agency unless the person who furnishes the information certifies the information is complete and accurate. If any information that has been deleted from a consumer 's file pursuant to subparagraph ( A ) is reinserted in the file, the consumer reporting agency shall notify the consumer of the reinsertion in writing not later than 5 business days after the reinsertion or, if authorized by the consumer for that purpose, by any other means available to the agency, Additional information. As part of, or in addition to, the notice under clause ( a ), a consumer reporting agency shall provide to a consumer in writing no later than 5 business days after the reinsertion date. ( I ) a statement that the disputed information has been reinserted ; ( Il ) the business name and address of any furnisher of information contacted and the telephone number of such furnisher, if reasonably available, or of any furnisher of information that contacted the consumer reporting agency, in connection with the reinsertion of such information; and ( III ) a notice that the consumer has the right to add a statement to the consumer 's file disputing the accuracyor completeness of the disputed information. I researched on how to remove the fraudulent items in my report and found that I need to visit FEDERAL TRADE COMMISION or https : //www.ftc.gov to file a report and Per FCRA section 605b Credit Reporting Agencies are required to remove/block any items listed on an id theft report. Please find the ATTACHED documents to assist in the blocking of the erroneous information which is being posted to my report.
