Consumer Complaint: I looked at my report back in XX/XX/2021 and noticed some things that were reporting incorrectly. I sent multiple letters to TransUnion asking them to validate these accounts ( XXXX XXXX XXXX #, XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX, XXXX XXXX # XXXX ) and to investigate the completeness and accuracy of the accounts. However, I waited the required amount of time, and everything was updated as verified. I then sent letters asking for their method of verification and a description of the investigation based on 15 USC 1681 ( 7 ). They did not respond, nor did they provide the requested information, which is in direct violation of 15USC 1681 ( 7 ). They have also violated 15 USC1681 ( 5 ) and USC 168e ( b ). Here are all of the tracking numbers for all of the multiple attempts I have made to correct the information reporting incorrectly on my report : XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: I looked at my report and noticed some things that were reporting incorrectly. I sent multiple letters to XXXX, XXXX, and Transunion asking them to validate the Bankruptcy Account and investigate the completeness and accuracy of the accounts. However, I waited the required amount of time, and everything was updated as verified. I then sent letters to the bureaus asking for their method of verification and a description of the investigation based on 15 USC 1681 ( 7 ). The response I received was it was verified through XXXX XXXX. After this, I requested a copy of my consumer report from XXXX XXXX and verified if this account was actually on the report and it wasn't. I also called XXXX XXXX to confirm this information and I was told that there was no Bankruptcy showing on my consumer report and that they did not receive any request from the credit bureau requesting for verification of this account. I am beyond upset and frustrated, that a company that is supposed to report complete and accurate information on my customer report, can flat-out tell me false information and then verify the validity of this account. I also sent a letter to the Clerk of Courts for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX appearing on customer report that is reporting ), who states that they do not furnish debt collectors or credit bureaus any information. This is in direct violation of 15USC 1681 ( 7 ). They have also violated 15 USC1681 ( 5 ) and USC 168e ( b ), just to name a few! As you can see, this has been an ongoing battle for many years trying to get this corrected. At this point, after all I have done to get this matter rectified, it makes no sense!
