Consumer Complaint: I have already sent a letter addressing the inaccuracies and unknown items on my credit report, but unfortunately, I have not received any response even after 30 days. It feels like I'm being taken advantage of and my disputes are being ignored. According to Section 611 ( a ), if these items are not investigated within 30 days, they should be promptly removed from my credit report. Since it has been over 30 days, I expect these accounts to be updated immediately. If not, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action due to the stress this situation has caused me. Additionally, my information was also affected by the XXXX, XXXX, and Transunion data breach, which raises concerns about the security of my personal data.

Consumer Complaint: Subject : Urgent Matter - Identity Theft and Credit Profile Concerns DO NOT IGNORE Dear XXXX, Transunion, XXXX, I am XXXX XXXX and I find myself in a distressing situation that requires immediate attention. My identity has been compromised, leading to significant damage to my credit profile. Despite seeking help repeatedly, my efforts have not yielded the resolution I desperately need. I am writing to address the unauthorized use of my social security number and card, which has resulted in accounts being opened without my consent. I want to emphasize that I did not authorize these accounts, nor do they have any connection to my actions. This situation is particularly alarming as it not only affects me but also jeopardizes the well-being of my children and my livelihood. I kindly request that you promptly remove this damaging information from my credit file within four days of receiving this letter, in accordance with 15 U.S. Code 1681c2. Furthermore, as a consumer, I am entitled to know the steps your agency has taken to ensure the accuracy of these items, as outlined in 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( 7 ). Consumer Complaint: I have tried to fix this issue by reporting this inaccurate information. These affect my personal life & cause me mental stress. I have not been able to purchase my dream car and provide for my family due to these inaccurate and fraudulent items showing on my consumer reports. They do not belong to me, I did not consent to any of this information to be reported on my consumer report. I'm a victim of identity theft. I have attached my letter along with the ftc report. If this situation is not handled accordingly, I will seek legal action against you guys.
