Consumer Complaint: I lost my wallet on vacation in a nightclub XXXX, that included my personal information. I was advised by law enforcement a report was filed. I recently pulled a copy of the report and noticed accounts that I have no knowledge of nor gave any written permission to be furnished to my credit report. I contacted the credit bureaus in XX/XX/XXXX and alerted them of the incident and requested verification for the fraudulent accounts, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have no affiliation or knowledge of these accounts. I have yet to receive a correspondence. I have the right to privacy. These accounts were furnished to my credit profile without my written consent. This is in violation of 15 USC 1681B I also noticed credit inquiries from : XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX. I have not authorized any transactions from these creditors. Furnishing accounts to my consumer in direct relation to identity theft further violates 15 USC 1681c-2 I requested that all fraudulent addresses be removed from my profile to further prevent any confusion or tying me to accounts that are not mine and the bureaus are still reporting inaccurate information. Being linked to accounts that I have not authorized is affecting my ability to obtain credit.
