Consumer Complaint: I've observed numerous deviations from mandatory reporting standards, leading me to question the accuracy and completeness of the data in my credit report. Consequently, I refute the allegations against me and challenge you to substantiate your authority to include this incomplete negative information on my credit report. Pursuant to 15 U.S.C 1681e, consumer reporting agencies are obligated to employ reasonable procedures to ensure the maximum possible accuracy of information in consumer reports. Additionally, as outlined in 12 CFR Part 1022 ( Regulation V ), furnishers are required to provide information that is both integral and accurate, conduct reasonable investigations of consumer disputes, and adhere to Metro 2 compliance standards, according to the XXXX. Deviation from these standards, as emphasized in the XXXX, jeopardizes the integrity of the data, thereby compromising the accuracy of federally regulated reports. Consequently, I am exercising my rights to challenge these inaccuracies and non-compliant items. Disregarding my demand would signify a lack of concern for my consumer rights. It is unjust for you to report information that hasn't been verified for ethical standards and certified reporting compliance. I reiterate my challenge to these claims and request evidence of adherence to proper reporting standards. Your actions infringe upon my rights, and I've outlined these concerns in this document. The incomplete and non-compliant nature of your reporting fails to meet my standards in accordance with the law. I insist that you certify all aspects of required FCRA/Metro 2 compliance truthfully, correctly, and in a timely manner. Failure to do so may compel me to escalate these matters to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ), Federal Trade Commission ( FTC ), and my Attorney General. Consumer Complaint: In XXXX of XXXX I called XXXXXXXX XXXX to find out why I was being reported late during the months of XXXX XXXX to XXXX when I was on a payment plan and all of my payments were being made on time. I have documentation from them showing I was not charged a late fee from XX/XX/XXXX forward. According to my credit report I have been reported late by XXXX from XXXX of XXXX to XXXX of XXXX. I called again in the middle of XXXX of XXXX to have this corrected and dispute this information. On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted someone at XXXX and they told me all the late fees have been corrected I have not been reported late at all and I will have a letter from XXXX stating the status of my credit reporting. On on XX/XX/XXXX I received the letter, according to the letter their reporting was accurate and no changes were going to be made. I called back on XX/XX/XXXX and was told there was nobody available to handle this situation and that somebody would call me back by end of day. This reporting has prevented multiple loans being approved including a vehicle loan and mortgage refinance.

Consumer Complaint: I have notified the companies of inaccurate reporting on XXXX : XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and TRANSUNION : XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX The following account reporting on XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX with account # XXXX is reporting a balance of {$2900.00} with a last date of being active on XX/XX/XXXX. The following account reporting on Transnion, XXXX XXXX with account # XXXX is reporting a balance of {$2900.00} with a last date of being active on XX/XX/XXXX. It is to my understanding and reason to believe that because this debt was charged off, this debt is cancelled and should not reflect the balance that is currently showing on my consumer file. The dates of last activities are also inaccurate. The 15 USC 1681 states that I have the right to accuracy and fairness.

Consumer Complaint: I have already sent a letter addressing the inaccuracies and unknown items on my credit report, but unfortunately, I have not received any response even after 30 days. It feels like I'm being taken advantage of and my disputes are being ignored. According to Section 611 ( a ), if these items are not investigated within 30 days, they should be promptly removed from my credit report. Since it has been over 30 days, I expect these accounts to be updated immediately. If not, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action due to the stress this situation has caused me. Additionally, my information was also affected by the XXXX, XXXX, and Transunion data breach, which raises concerns about the security of my personal data.
