Consumer Complaint: Upon checking my most recent consumer report I found that these accounts ( XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX ) have all been charged off, which makes them certificates of indebtedness, meaning they are now considered income and income is not permitted to be listed on a consumer credit report. The following accounts ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) contain transactions and experiences ( utilization and or late payment history ), which is to be excluded from a consumer report. This company also has no permissible. 15 USC 1681b - permissible purpose of consumer reports, THE LAW CLEARLY STATES : a. Subject to subsection ( c ) any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( 2 ) In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. Furthermore, the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT 15 USC 1681 ( 2 ) ( a ) ( i ) Exclusions from a consumer credit report clearly states : ( 2 ) EXCLUSIONS, -Except as provided in paragraph ( 3 ), the term " consumer report '' does not include A. Subject to section 1681s-3 of this title, any ( i ) report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report ; Utilization is an experience. CONGRESS clearly states that the reporting of transactions or experiences between the CONSUMER and the PERSON making the report is not included on the consumer reports!

The consumer report agencies have validated the consumer laws that was passed by congress. 15 U.S Code 1681. Meaning that they never received my consent on a hardcopy. Giving them permission to furnish on my consumer report. 15 U.S Code 1681 C-2 " blockage of information ''. This consumer law gives me the authority to tell the information that I wish to be requested to be deleted on my consumer report. And it must happen within 4 business days. Due to me filing my FCT Report. This law states that if you file a police report through the FCT, it must be removed.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing you this letter regarding payments that were marked late by your company for the following accounts XXXX XXXX XXXX. have received a copy on my consumer reports and I notice you have furnished transactions on my consumer report that is excluded by law as per the FCRA 15 USC 1681a 2Ai. ( 2 ) Exclusions.Except as provided in paragraph ( 3 ), the term consumer report does not include ( i ) report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report ; A consumers transactions are excluded from the consumer reports. FICO and or any other Risk score or algorithm that you use to calculate a consumers credit score is not a factor where the consumer report is concerned! Definition of what the consumer report means. consumer report ( 1 ) In general. The term consumer report means any written, oral, or other communication of any information by a consumer reporting agency bearing on a consumers credit worthiness, credit standing, credit capacity, character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living which is used or expected to be used or collected in whole or in part for the purpose of serving as a factor in establishing the consumers eligibility for ( A ) credit or insurance to be used primarily for personal, family, or household purposes ; ( B ) employment purposes ; or ( C ) any other purpose authorized under section 1681b of this title. FICO or non of its factors are not defined or included in the definition of the consumer report! Therefore the reporting of transactions between the consumer ( ME ) and the Person ( company ) is a violation of 15 USC 1681a the definition of the consumer report does not include FICO or XXXX which makes their factors or algorithm not a factor where the consumer report is concerned.
