Consumer Complaint: I enter in this program to help assist with my credit. After reviewing my report, I noticed a particular item showing on my report incorrectly. I sent letters to all credit reporting agencies, along with a snapshot of my credit report. In XXXX I was robbed at gunpoint for my car. The insurance company paid majot portion of the vehicle, and about XXXX went into collection. I settled with XXXX XXXX and payed XXXX, in XXXX. I spoke with XXXX in XXXX, and notifyed ne my accosunt was paid, and I have no obaligation with them. I havent gotten a clear respond from the credit agencies, They have yet to update or change anything reflecting to my credit report. TransUnion is reporting Derogatory XXXX is reporting PAID XXXX id reprting Derogatory I would perfer it to show PAID across each credit reporting agenceis.

( B ) Reporting information after notice and confirmation of errors A person shall not furnish information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if ( i ) the person has been notified by the consumer, at the address specified by the person for such notices, that specific information is inaccurate; and ( ii ) the information is, in fact, inaccurate. I can go on and on and on The credit bureaus have no respect for the laws. Someone needs to hold them accountable for this
