They are reporting late payment, charge off and inquiries and promotional inquiries in which I never approved. Also they are reporting my utilization in which they are not suppose to .The law states its illegal to report late payment history. The IRS states that charge offs are consider as income and should not be reported on ones consumer report. They are also in violation of the privacy act of 1974 5usc552 ( a ).
