Consumer Complaint: The CFPB can't close a complaint that is violating FCRA or else you are just as guilty. My complaint XXXX stated that TransUnion deleted accounts and then somehow showed up again. They responded with just " verified '' and the CFPB closed the case. Where TransUnion is STILL in violation of FCRA is 611 ( B ) ( ii ) which states ", the consumer reporting agency shall notify the consumer of the reinsertion in writing not later than 5 business days after the reinsertion ''. I have never received such a notification. As of the dispute dated XX/XX/ the following accounts were to be deleted : XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX They have violated FCRA by not notifying me and an agency that WILLFULLY violates FCRA 623 ( A ) or any FCRA statute is liable under FCRA 616 & 617.

Issue: Problem with a company's investigation into an existing problem
Subissue: Investigation took more than 30 days
Consumer Complaint: I have already sent a letter addressing the inaccuracies and unknown items on my credit report, but unfortunately, I have not received any response even after 30 days. It feels like I'm being taken advantage of and my disputes are being ignored. According to Section 611 ( a ), if these items are not investigated within 30 days, they should be promptly removed from my credit report. Since it has been over 30 days, I expect these accounts to be updated immediately. If not, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action due to the stress this situation has caused me. Additionally, my information was also affected by the XXXX, XXXX, and Transunion data breach, which raises concerns about the security of my personal data.

Consumer Complaint: I am letting you know, respectfully that you are incorrectly reporting some information on my credit report. I'm pretty angry right now to be honest, but I know that mistakes happen. I trust you will fix the situation. Here is the wrong info : Account Name : XXXX XXXX, IN This account is reporting late on my credit report and I was never late with this account. The account is very inaccurate. It is also reporting being late on months that are not even on or matching the other reports. I keep immaculate records of payment history across all my bills and accounts, and there should be no late payment showing here. Inaccurate late payments like this are preventing me from obtaining credit that Im trying to apply for because it is lowering my credit score big time. I have already been in talks with some experts who have informed me that there are laws to ensure that inaccurate credit information can not be reported. I take this very seriously and I would appreciate it if you remove the late payment mark off this account as soon as possible.

Consumer Complaint: I recently reviewed my credit report and noticed an account that was not reporting accurately. I had two late payments on an account that was in fact paid on time. The consumer reporting agencies have need to report all information with complete accuracy. This account has not been late on payments. I have attached a copy of my report to this complaint on the following dates on ( XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX ) and ( XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX ). I am now requesting an investigation to provide verifiable proof with records showing that I had late payments. If this information can not be verified I demand these payments to be updated to paid on time immediately. Thank you for your understanding and prompt action.
