Consumer Complaint: I applied for a business loan to expand my business. To my knowledge all the only account I had was a student loan account which was forgiven. Every time I go to take out a loan to build my credit I am denied. I was told by potential loan officers that the reasons for the denial are Derogatory information obtained from a credit report agency such as 3 major credit bureaus ( XXXX. XXXX and TransUnion ). This kind of derogatory information are hindering my business mobility.
