Consumer Complaint: I am writing to file a formal complaint against TransUnion, XXXX and XXXX for their failure to respond adequately to my previous dispute letters. I believe my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) have been violated, and I am seeking your assistance to address this matter. On XX/XX/scrub>XX/XX/2023, I initially submitted dispute letters to the respective credit bureaus, disputing the accuracy of certain information on my credit reports. My dispute letters included details of the inaccurate information and evidence supporting my claims. As required by law, I expected the credit bureaus to conduct a reasonable investigation into my disputes and respond within the stipulated time frame. Unfortunately, despite my efforts to engage with the credit bureaus and my commitment to resolving discrepancies on my credit reports, I have received little to no response from them. I have not received any meaningful communication acknowledging the disputes I raised, nor have I been provided with the results of their investigations.
