Issue: Improper use of your report
Subissue: Credit inquiries on your report that you don't recognize
Consumer Complaint: At this point I am frustrated with the fact that my rights are being violated and taking advantage of. I know my rights have been violated and you guys are the ones taking advantage of my rights. I am and have disputed the inaccurate accounts reporting to my credit profie. These accounts consist of XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have disputed these items on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, & XX/XX/XXXX and they are still reporting to my credit profile. Subsequently TransUnion also has an incorrect phone number listed, I have had the same phone number for over 20 years and the number listed XXXX makes me more suspicious that the wrong information is being reported. Per my recoreded phone call on XX/XX/XXXX with TransUnion I am to contact these Creditors listed on my account. which is another violation of the law. It is TransUnion responsibility to report accurate information and they are not. These companies have optained my information without my knowledge or consent. I would like these inquires removed from my report immediatedly.

Consumer Complaint: I was a victim of the data breach. I filed a complaint through XXXX that the names on my credit report are not me. XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX XXXX is not me. I submitted my ID to show them and all then nothing happened and I never heard anything back from them again after they said they are reviewing the information. It was in year 2021 I tried to fix this, but it's still on there, so I cancelled my XXXX service with them because they did nothing to fix it or said anything about it a couple months to a year later which is why I cancelled my service with them. My attachment shows the proof.
