Consumer Complaint: I filed a XXXX complaint with the company XXXX XXXX regarding account XXXX. I informed them of incorrect information reporting, and they stated that the consumer reporting agencies may reflect an activity date based on their reporting, but XXXX does not directly report a date of last activity so why is Transunion reporting a date last active as of XXXX, while XXXX reports a date last active as of XXXX? Both are untrue, and inaccurate! This account is to be removed from my credit report due to FCRA violations. The correct information is below. I will be keeping record of our correspondence for court records. Also, I have proof from XXXX XXXX that the information being reported is inaccurate. This false reporting not only compromises my creditworthiness but also undermines the integrity of the credit reporting system.
