Consumer Complaint: Time has already passed but up until now, I havent heard any kind of response from the 3Credit Bureaus which made me decide to seek assistance from you. They have shown negligence and an act of refusal to comply with my request. I know for a fact that they are to comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act law, provide proof, and documents, and give definite and accurate responses, within the given statutory time. However, if they fail to do so, they are obliged to remove or update the items which are erroneous and unverified. Their unfavorable and unacceptable actions have been hurting my credit scores immensely. Consumer Complaint: I recently received a copy of my XXXX credit report, and I noticed some late payments posted on my credit report : Your company is in clear violation of the law. Under 15 USC 1681 Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) you are required by federal to verify- throuth the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract any and all accounts you must on a credit report. Otherwise, anyone paying for your reporting services could fax, mail or email in a fraudulent account. ( b ) IN GENERAL Subject to subsection ( c ) any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( 2 ) In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. Did I give you written instructions to furnish this on my credit report? Furthermore, the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT 15 USC 1681 ( 2 ) ( a ) ( i ) Exclusions from a consumer credit report clearly states : ( 2 ) EXCLUSIONS.Except as provided in paragraph ( 3 ), the term consumer report does not include ( A ) Subject to section 1681s-3 of this title, any ( i ) report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report ; Delete the above late payments from my consumer report, this agency is in violation of 15 USC 1681 Failure to respond satisfactorily with deletion of the above referenced account, and send out a free copy of my report after the changes have been made will result in legal actions being taken against your company, for which I will also be seeking {$1000.00} per violation for : 5. Consumer Complaint: I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the multiple unsuccessful attempts I have made to correct the issue of a late open accounts associated with my account. I have diligently contacted your customer service department on multiple occasions in an effort to address and correct this matter. During each interaction, I have provided all the necessary documentation and information requested, yet the issue remains unresolved. The persistent presence of the late open accounts on my records has had a significant impact on my financial standing and has caused undue stress and inconvenience. I have made consistent efforts to rectify this situation, expecting a timely and accurate resolution, but unfortunately, my attempts have been in vain. I am formally requesting the following actions be taken promptly : An immediate correction of the late open accounts on my records to accurately reflect the correct open date. A thorough investigation into the reasons for the repeated failures to correct this issue in previous attempts. A written confirmation of the resolution, including the corrected open date. An apology for the ongoing inconvenience and frustration caused by the unresolved late open accounts.
