The XXXX XXXX XXXX confirmed they do not furnish information to any third-party including credit agencies. If any Credit Agencies states that they did not received my personal information from a secondary agency is a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act to report false information I have not supplied proof under the doctrine of estoppel by silence, Englehardt v Gravens ( mo ) 281 SW 715, 719, I presume that no proof of the alleged debt, in fact therefore any such debt, in fact therefore exists. According to the Consumer Law 15 US Code 1681 Section 602 ( A ) States I have a right to Privacy. 15 US Code 1681 US Section 602 ( A ) 2 A Consumer Agency can not furnish any data on my credit report without written instructions. 15 US Code 1681 C ( A ) ( 5 ) states no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information and any adverse items. 15 US Code 1681 S 2 A 1. A person shall furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. 15 US Code 1681 I5 the consumer reporting agencies are supposed to modify accounts that aren't reporting accurately.

I have been a loyal customer of your organization and have always appreciated the quality of services you provide.
