Consumer Complaint: Per code USC 1681c-2 A consumer reporting agency shall block the reporting of any information in the file on a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted in an alleged identity theft, not later than 4 business days after the date of receipt. It has been 30 days and you are in VIOLATION of this law because I am a victim of identity theft!! Please delete these items IMMEDIATELY!! Per accounts should not be furnished on my consumer report as they are a VIOLATION!!!! PER, 15 U.S. Code 1681b - Permissible purposes of consumer reports ( a ) IN GENERAL Subject subsection ( c ) any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the existing circumstances and no other : ( 2 ) In accordance with the WRITTEN INSTRUCTION of the consumer to whom it relates. Issue: Problem with a company's investigation into an existing problem

Consumer Complaint: I directly disputed this loan with the furnisher. I pointed out many discrepancies and I was never contacted to discuss them within the 30days. My biggest issue was the XXXX separate payments classified as cbp that were entered at the end of the month and then a few days after the first of the following months the payments were removed. Thankfully I have had enough accounts payable and receivable experience to notice and my suspicion was confirmed by a coworker of the lead collector. He stated that the lead collector did that as a favor for me. I never would ask this favor. Her favor at the time put me so far behind that my vehicle was repossessed. I have submitted this information to the CRAs and it was removed but has reappeared recently. Does this happen more frequently because nobody seems to think its not an issue? I didnt ask this woman to do me any favors and the damage that she did then and continues to do has made my credit score drop over XXXX points. Am I wrong to think she obviously played with my account for her benefit? What I do know is that I have never heard of this happening and it being ok. I also know that this is fraud on a higher level because it was done by a bank employee and someone we believe to be honest and abide by the rules.
